The ice cold AC was great… too much stomping from guest above my room made it hard to sleep had to sleep with TV loud to help me… loved the location right next to monorail helped out sooo much

Pros (+) The modern feel to the bathroom was good.
Cons (-) The room was lacking a bathtub, which I love taking baths more than showers, as well as not having an alarm clock or hair dryer.

Pros (+) Their employees were very cordial and friendly employees showed a lot of emphaty when I told them of my misfortune. when I checked-in they informed me of the security guard Very convenient location
Cons (-) -motocycles were riding in the parking lot in the middle of the night -I felt very unsafe -If you are going on a business trip this is not the place you want to stay - towels were stained
