I didn’t know there was going to be an additional charge for $45ish upon arrival.
The hotel manager needs to pay attention to the administrative (hostess) Mellisa. She is very rude to the customers of the motel ... She herself canceled the reservation and promised to refund the money, but she never kept her word. Also she wears mask in the wrong way, she wears it under her nose. At the same time, she literally barks at others if they delay to put on a mask when entering the hotel ... a very unpleasant experience for my whole family. Please stay away from this kind of "service".

Bit of a rough location
Staff is friendly and try their best to help
It is very obvious that management is no good and set their staff up for failure.
Nothing tried to discuss fraud on my phone or from their system and got bum rushed and they stole my money and lied cheated and frauded me
They are crooks criminals and thieves true Vegas fashion
The hotel was clean the bed was pretty comfortable and you can’t beat the location
Nothing
Staff were great and friendly! Also great location just off Fremont Street. If you just need a place to sleep this place will be good for you.
Room had a bad smell from ac unit. The shower controls were broken, it would switch between cold and very hot on its own. Also the shower curtain wasn’t big enough so water got everywhere
Quite, clean, and comfortable. The A/C kept the room cold enough that it even kept our sodas cold.
No refrigerators and microwave in our room and people hogging up the ice in the ice machine by the main building. There should be ice machines in each building.
No electrical outlets
I tried to find outlets next to the bed to plug in my phone. Couldn't find any. There where two lamps next to the bed. I wondered what they were plugged into. Turned out nothing. The lamps where just there for decoration! Turned out you didn't need the lamps. There was a lamppost directly outside the window that lit up the room. It felt light late evening with all the light a out. I didn't realize this until it was late. I just went sleep. They need to provide curtains in that room.
Not bad for the money
The only good thing about this place is the location. Kinda shady but manageable. The rooms were very basic which for the price is expected and wasant a big deal.
They never answer the phone and if they do they are extremely rude. Extremely bitter and unhappy employees. Our toilet seat has some red sticky dried liquid on it. Kinda gross.
Retro (art deco elements). Older building/room is refreshingly basic and has authenticity. Very close to Freemont street yet quiet block.
The bedside lamp cannot be turned on unless the overhead light is on
Vegas
Closeness to Fremont.
The fact that they sent me to an side building and not their main hotel. Which meant I had to park in a public parking lot which lead to my car getting a ticket. Which now I have to fight to get it cleaned off my record. All because of either the incompetence or maybe they did it on purpose of the women at the front desk who gave me the parking pass and putting the wrong date on it. I was tired from the drive and did not check it, so now I have that ticket I have to battle to get cleaned up. So I would NOT recommend this hotel!
I liked nothing about the motel.
It was filthy - the rugs, the floors, the shower, the walls. There were bugs in the room. The tv didn't work very well - forget about the satellite that they say they have. The remote didn't work. I'm quite short but the shower head was so low that even I had to squat to get under the shower head just to wash my hair. There was supposed to be a microwave in the room. There was not. There was however a stove which was useless to me without pans or utensils to cook with. There was a minifridge that froze my food and water overnight. The water was drinkable of course after it melted but the food was no longer edible after being frozen solid. So much for renting a room with a kitchenette.
Good price, clean no smell, firm bed & decent linens, good furniture, good refrigerator, no bugs, decent TV
Low class neighborhood, door needs security chain & key for deadbolt, bathroom needs painting, shower leaks & handle fell off, only 13 of 33 stations on TV viewable.
Close to Fremont Street casinos, with easy walking distance. Neighborhood could be a bit sketchy if you wandered down the wrong streets away from Fremont, but stairwells to room that had to be unlocked with room key were quite reassuring.
Nothing.
The room smelled horribly. The bed cover has stains on it as did the chairs and floor. I had to buy blankets to put over the sheets. The shower was disgustingly dirty, did not shower there. The area is sketchy, got a scary knock at 4 am and my husband had me hide in the bathroom while he opened it because they would not go away. The guys were looking for a guy who usually lived there... TV remote did not work, I could hear people arguing in the rooms around us. It was a horrible experience, will definitely never stay there again.
Nothing!!! The hotel was so terrible that we could not even sleep....
I disliked everything about the hotel. As we were checking in there was a couple in the lobby arguing, very loud!!!!
Fantastic front lobby staff. I appreciate walking in @ 1230 pm and ten minutes later you are in the room. Room was very clean considering the age of the hotel.
Yes! The one negative on this reservation was the additional expense of the energy surcharge of $3.50 per day-that's excessive, especially for the small size of the room. Overall-great room, price on the w/end and exceptional front lobby staff. I received an upgrade on the room.Definitely reccommend this budget hotel. May stay again this w/end.
beds are hard
i liked that it was within walking distance from Freemont Street, and had covered parking.
The hotel photos do not do the hotel justice, in an opposite manner. I booked the hotel based on the location and photos as no reviews were available, and I wish they had been. The hotel was in a less than agreeable part of town. One leg on the bed was broken so the bed slanted, the lamps did not match, there was an outlet cover missing in the "kitchenette", one of the outlets did not work, and one would not hold a plug as it kept falling out. The bathtub did not drain so we had to stand in a tub of dirty water to take a second shower. There was no ice bucket, and the soaps came from a different hotel. There was no clock in the room whatsoever and although the website says free wii-fi, the connection tried to charge us.
less price
Staff response to lights and tv controler did not work but were repaired promptly, clean sheets
Old bathroom facility, old mouldy carpet, window treatment, mattress and box spring were horrible, old ceililng air conditioner was half cooling and noisey, old out of style furniture, old tv and 5 channels and lousy rreception, general appearance is 50's with no update.
