Cons (-) The place was old and filthy! The furniture was ratty and needs to be replaced. The room was old and moldy and they just sprayed a lot of Febreeze to cover it up.

Pros (+) We were attending a family funeral in the area and trying to keep the cost of the trip down. The room was fairly clean and the bedding appeared to be clean. The bed was comfortable and the parking lot was very well lit at night. It was located in the downtown area.
Cons (-) The area it was located in is a rough neighborhood. The building is very old and a bit musty. There were two roach sightings in the room. Not enought towels for two people. There was a ton of noise in the rooms above us until midnight. Sounded like people or children were running back and forth on the floor. It was not the most enjoyable experience overall! Would not stay there again.
