Hotel is very well located, all staff are very very very attentive people, so nice, kind and focused on customer service, the only issue I had was with KAYAK/GET A ROOM, I pre-paid for three double bed rooms and hotel only got a reservation for one room, so I had a very bad experience because GET A ROOM customer services is not customer service focused, they left me waiting on the line for hours a...

I rarely have any problems with Marriott hotels, so this stood out a little bit. Let me start with the Excellent staff, like Carlos and Nilso. Friendly, helpful and eager to please. The hotel is in need of a major overhaul. Bathrooms have a spartan feel with no hair dryer and no box of tissues. (I finally found one.) I would stay again, mostly just because of the staff.

Cons (-) One elevator was broken for the entire 3 week stay. A little more variety in breakfast. More modern coffee makers. Better cleaning of the laundry room trash area.
