Pros: Good location, very clean room, great internet, very helpful staff!
Cons: Small swimming pool, no shade in parking! Breakfast was poor, one cup of coffe without refill. I ordered simple omelet with ham and cheese and my husband ordered French toast and it was disappointing! Didn’t even go for a breakfast on second day of our stay!

Pros: Loved looking out sliding glass door and seeing a beautiful view of the ocean and the main blvd. The room was clean, price was great. Staff was friendly when we were able to communicate being my Spanish is very limited.
Cons: Wish the bathroom had more privacy. Beware there's also a Seven Crown downtown, but its not waterfront. Pick the waterfront Seven Crown.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful terrace and pool. Very central to Marina and downtown.
Cons: Water pressure was low and water not very hot but this was minor issue overall
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Large room, comfy bed and quiet hotel- great sleep! Beautiful decor and facilities- loved the pool, rooftop lounge palapa, kitchen for guests (with fridge) and breakfast was much more food than the advertised ‘continental’ - eggs, frijoles and salsa, freshly squeezed orange juice and homemade bread were all delicious.
Cons: The location was 3 minutes walk from the end of the malecon, 25 minutes from the main bars and restaurants but La Paz is long and thin and the distance meant the hotel was quiet.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The place is colorful
Cons: The air condition was noisy
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The place was clean and the staff was really nice. Breakfast was pretty good.
Cons: The place is old, they could definitely use new pillows and new bed covers.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The entire staff was both friendly and helpful, plus everything was so clean you could eat off the floor! I also loved all the beautiful potted succulents & cactus, as well as the 3rd floor terrace. The location was perfect for me - just a few blocks from some excellent restaurants and the Malecon.
Cons: The included breakfast was tasty and generous, but I would have liked a little more variety...a minor complaint really.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel, good value, good location and secured parking.
Cons: nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice authentic Mexican hotel with lovely staff. Loved the rooftop!
Cons: Nothing really. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the main part but we did not mind.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: great breakfast compared to other hotels. Friendly place to stay.
Cons: people making noise sometimes late at night
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great bed. Residential neighborhood noises, morning birds. Delicious Made to order egg/tortilla/beans breakfast with fresh fruit and yogurt. Close walk to great restaurants, close enough to the Malecón, but not affected by the noise. Friendly, helpful staff. We will stay here again.
Cons: We were perfectly happy. Well, maybe a warmer pool, or on-site bar.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The grounds are very clean, cozy and filled with so much color and details. The location of the property is great. Close to restaurants, stores, banks and the Malecón.

6.7 Good
Pros: Staff was nice and the environment too. Nicely decorated.
Cons: Cleaning was not good and we were missing shampoo, there was just bodywash. The shower was not very comfortable either. We only found one socket which was kind of far from the bed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Grest place in walking distance to the Malecon. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful staff, good breakfast, nice location, close to the beaches and the Malecon! Would definitely come back and highly recommend you to go here.

Pros: I liked the breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly Service, Pablo prepared a kickass-breakfast for us! Thanks!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful hostel, great staff - shoutout to Andy for answering all my questions!
Cons: It’s about a 25 minute walk to the malecón if you’re a slow walker like myself. There’s not that much street lighting in the area towards the hostel when walking back by yourself. But that’s not the fault of the hostel.
5.0 Okay
Pros: - Large open common area to hang out in. - Decent beds with curtains for privacy. - Breakfast was pretty good - choice of eggs and beans, or fruit.
Cons: - In a three day period, the dorm and attached bathroom I was in was not cleaned one single time. And it definitely hadn't been cleaned before I got there, based on how full the bathroom trash was and the look of things in the bathroom and shower. -This is disgusting; they don't have a real water cooler, so they dump the jugs of water into a standalone cooler. I wondered how they kept it cold. The answer is that they keep frozen plastic water bottles in the freezer and rotate them in. BUT they grab these bottles with their bare unwashed hands, hold them against their shirt that they've been wearing all day, and then put them into the water everyone is drinking. Absolutely disgusting. - Completely disinterested and aloof staff. Not very friendly, don't interact much with guests. - This hostel acts like it's social with activities, beer available, etc. But the truth is they don't do much of anything. I was there for three days, mostly on the weekend, and there was not one activity. The beer fridge was also empty most of the time. Come on...just go to the store and pick up a case or two if you're out of beer! - The staff started locking the front doors at 11pm every night, but didn't tell the existing guests. So several of them got locked out and had to wake me up by banging on the front door to the complex and yelling to be let in. - At least a 20 minute walk if you want to get to pretty much anything, even more in most cases.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly and always happy to help. They can arrange a tour to Espiritu Santo for you. Pablo’s breakfasts were amazing. A great place to meet people and hang out.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Helpful staff, nice simple breakfast and good coffee. Quiet neighbourhood location. Lots of parking if you have a car.
Cons: It's a good 10 minute walk to the edge of town, it's fine during the morning or cool of the evening.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. A good, value for money hostel.

It boasts on-site car rental services and a fitness centre. There is a golf course just 10 minutes away, while Manuel Marques de Leon International Airport is a 10-minute drive from Hacienda Paraiso de la Paz.
6.7 Good
Pros: The location had a quiet, residential feel. Off the main road of restaurants, it’s best to stay here if you have a rental car. The host was very eager to share recommendations on activities and tours and could book a day tour for you.
Cons: Though nothing major, we were slightly disappointed that the breakfast wasn’t really “breakfast” food (more traditional Mexican, which was wonderful, but if you don’t like that food for breakfast you might be left hungry). We also felt the room was a little smaller than expected. Aside from that, while the host was incredibly informative, we felt slightly pressured into taking certain tours. If you have your own plans for La Paz, this might be off-putting. But still, nothing major.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We loved the Mexican setting and the surroundings. Do not drink tea so that question was not applicable. The breakfast was great and the host was extremely helpful and pleasant- we were sorry to miss his wife. A most enjoyable stay and would go there again on a return trip
Cons: All was good though there could have been a little more water pressure!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a wonderful week-long stay at the Hacienda Paraiso! The property is lovely, everything from the breakfast and swimming pool area to the rooms is decorated tastefully with Mexican craft. Richard was the most attentive host, he was very flexible and accommodated us when we needed to make last-minute changes to our stay. He also organized a walking trip to the desert with Benjamin which we cannot recommend enough! We got to see many fascinating plants and animals, as well as rupestrian paintings and human artifacts over 7000 years old! Conversations with Richard and the other guests over the delicious Mexican breakfast were another highlight. Finally, Richard had many great tips on what to do in the area, from shopping to dining to finding the most beautiful beaches. We cannot wait to go back!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The owners were incredible. So helpful and friendly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Richard and Gloria, nice people wonderful host
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful breakfast. Warm welcome
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property. Owner is really helpful with ideas about things to do. Pretty enough to lounge by the pool but many activities to choose from. Parking is private and secure. Breakfast was lovely and freshly prepared each day.
Cons: Nothing
4.6 Okay
Pros: The garden
Cons: The room was terrible. Half the size as promised. Bed also not a queen but somewhere in between a single and a double. Very worn out. Price was totally overrated. 30 dollar room instead of 90. We payed one night and left. Very disappointing
5.8 Okay
Pros: The host was very informative about things to do in the area, but a bit pushy and it would have been nice to settle in before inandated with what he told us we should do.
Cons: First morning our car was locked in garage and owner left with key. Owner sat with his feet resting on table before breakfast. When we returned in the afternoon the smell in our room was so fowl we couldn't use the AC.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The owner was so nice with us, very helpful all the time. The hotel is beatiful and cozy! Great place, I totally recommended!

7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was great.
Cons: The pool was only one height. And the cleaning of the room was poor.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Hourly shuttle to downtown La Paz was really convenient, especially if you want to enjoy an evening out (or parking is limited due to carnival festivities, which was the case during our stay). Very friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: The walk-in showers are large and nicely-sized, but really would benefit from being re-tiled. They are clean, but dated (unlike the rest of our room, which was nicely sized and decorated).

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Last minute booking saved me. Second time here, good place to stay. Modern.
Cons: My particular room this time had no view. It is a bit away from the malecon, not a big deal were it not so hot out. Most frustrating was a laundry room (really needed it ) that did not work at all and no out of order sign to warn of this. Had to hand wash my clothes in the sink using hand soap and air dry, but this is not new to me. Otherwise good place with convenience stores nearby. Staff was great.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Property is very.clean and staff exceptionally polite and courteous. Service is above average. The only minis are small beds.
4.6 Okay
Pros: It’s new and apart of a shopping center.
Cons: For starters the parking is in the middle of a shopping center. The entrance to the lobby is through the elevator only. The rooms are tiny there is no way these rooms fit three people. The a/c seems like it didn’t work as strong. The free breakfast wasn’t the greatest. Also the elevator situation sucks it took forever to go up or down. I wouldn’t stay here again. At the end they ask you for donations which I thought was weird. Towards the end of my stay I started using the stairs because I was overly annoyed with the elevator situation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Modern, and clean
Cons: The elevators were very slow, location was so so.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff were lovely and always looking to help. Breakfast was awesome, loved the waffle maker. Location was okay to be out of town as Ubers are very affordable, we wouldn't have walked back at night though.
Cons: We tried to do laundry using their facilities and it was a bit of a nightmare. The machine wouldn't empty and communicating to staff about this was very difficult. Elevators were extremely slow and out cards kept stopping working... I would request a room on a lower floor if I were to stay again.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: For a purpose built modern hotel this works well. The rooms are on the small side, clean and functional, and are perfect if you want a bed for the night and are not too bothered about staying in a place lacking in character. There is a rooftop pool, which my partner enjoyed, and the breakfast was much better than might be expected from this type of hotel. There were also laundry facilities which could be a bonus for some. All in all, One La Paz is a really good choice for a short stay.
Cons: Although there are laundry facilities the hotel does not provide or sell laundry detergent. You have to walk a block to an Oxxo in order to buy a relatively large bag, of which the majority is wasted if you are only doing one load of washing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean, plenty of hot water, and parking for our car was available for free.
Cons: The room was cozy (small) but nice. No traditional closet or ironing board and iron.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It was clean and good location, and breakfast was good
Cons: The beds are to small
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, plenty of hot water, not too far from the beach area.
Cons: The room doesn’t have a closet. It’s great for one night or if you don’t plan to be in the hotel room. If you’re going to be out, then it’s a cozy little place. Very nice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Front desk personnel were super firnedly and helpful.
Cons: Room is nice but a little cramped
Seven Crown La Paz Malecon - La Paz - Building
8
8.7 Excellent (782 reviews)
Overview Reviews
A stay at Seven Crown La Paz Malecon places you in the heart of La Paz, within a 10-minute walk of Malecon Kiosk and Constitution Square. Featured amenities include express check-out, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Free self parking is available onsite.
6.7 Good
Pros: Location is great. Right in the malecon. That is their main plus. If anything else. Most of the staff is attentive and courteous. Madaleine & Karina stand out. Clean rooms. Good views from the restaurant.
Cons: Too noisy. Choose a room as far as possible from elevators. The hotel is going through maintenance and they didn't notify prior to arrival. They dont have the computer-printing business centre anymore. Olivia (one of their recepcionists) has a horrible attitude and zero customer service. She needs to be shifted within the company somewhere she doesn't have to deal with clients.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The best place to stay very comfortable loved it
Cons: N/a
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent rooms and the view is amazing
6.0 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, convenient location
Cons: The rooftop bar was closed, as was the restaurant - so there was no way to see the view out over the water. There was a very loud generator run at 6am both mornings, making it impossible to sleep even with earplugs.
9.6 Excellent
Cons: To Munch noise on the second floor, but great on the 4th
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very central location, convenient for everything. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Bar/restaurant has an amazing view.
Cons: Very noisy at night. No soundproofing and it’s right on the Malecon where all the parties are.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Misleading continental breakfast coupons. It is only 1 small muffin, 1 coffee, and 1 small orange juice, served by the waiter in their restaurant. Then they bring you a menu to order actual breakfast items that they charge for, like any other restaurant except you pay more because of the beautiful view.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, great food and great bar with a view. Nice people too
Cons: some street noise, but should be expected if staying on the Malecon
5.7 Okay
Pros: Location and comfortable bed.
Cons: It would be better to close the restaurant than to run it so poorly. It would be helpful if they had some English, were not lazy, knew how to mix drinks, and were generally aware of their customers.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel and location. Close to restaurants, bars and shops. Nice view too.
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good hotel to spend acouple days , and go out to explore city and come back to nice open room with good location to take a walk at night or morning depending on weather

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location is nice. Good restaurants around.
Cons: The reservation I made was about 1550usd for the stay. At checkout they tried to convert it to mex pesos with exchanger rate of almost 20. Then I said I pay in USD so they said I need to pay 1750usd. This seems for me deceiving and fraudulent. I had to argue for some time and eventually was charged the amount I had my booking for. Butter taste never the less.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect. The staff was great. Food and drinks at the hotel were delicious. Location is great, very nice beaches close by. If you don't want to go out the pools from the hotel are great too and the beach there is nice and calm as well. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Don't think that I've stayed at a hotel/motel in over twenty years that didn't have an ice machine, and also a refrigerator would have been really nice to have in the room.

Pros: the size of the room, the very good breakfast, the staff helpfulness,,

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The pool was ok and the breakfast as well.
Cons: It was nothing like the photos. The photos made it look like a modern hotel but It couldn’t have been any old and tatty looking when I arrived.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was great
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice clean property with good breakfast and close to the Malecon.
Cons: When I got to the room after a long day of driving the air conditioning was turned off. It was over 90 degrees in the room and it took all night to cool off!
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: We did not stay there because all 3 rooms we booked were bad for your health.
Cons: The 3 rooms had old cigarette smell. All 3 air conditioners leaked water next to the beds. The beds were about 1 foot from the wall were water was leaking onto the carpet it was soaked, there's no way we were going to be able to sleep hearing that drip all night. I notice the wooden base moulding was already loose from the wall . This problem with the air conditioners leaking water is normal here the concern we had is if there is mold beneath the carpet or the wooden base mouldings were they get wet. The rooms are small and dark beds are hard.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The rooms were infested with cockroaches, the staff came in and fumigated the rooms which made it worst because more cockroaches came out. We had to leave the facility.
Cons: Have stuff ensure rooms are not infested with cockroaches before guest arrive.
6.5 Good
Pros: Staff
Cons: Many lights didn’t work, A/C control impossible to adjust correctly, coffee pot was there but no coffee/condiments, no drinking glasses in the room - appeared no one was taking care of this room - 3rd time stayed and last time.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Breakfast is nice, but quite expensive.
Cons: It looks like the hotel used to be a nice place to stay at, but not anymore. Unfortunately it looks and feels old with a lack of maintenance. Plus, our bathroom had a leak and the interior lighting was poor. I'd suggest to find a better option for the price for the price you pay for staying at this hotel
5.4 Okay
Pros: I liked the size of the room and the location.
Cons: Isn't well maintained and the pools and hot tub are useless. They don't heat them or turn on hot tub. The gym is a smelly room with old equipment that's not complete. The hotel is like a ghost town.

Pros: I loved the view, the accommodations, the food at El Barco, the friendly and helpful staff...everything.
Cons: We didn't have enough time to enjoy all of La Paz.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel La Posada is among the top 5 vacation spots I have visited. Clean, quiet with amazing, conscientious staff whose goal is for you to have an unforgettable experience. The food was excellent as was the staff who are now considered friends: Citlali, Manuel, Sergio, Perla and Hugo who was our beach tour guide. Even the Uber drivers were fabulous. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. We hope to see you in January, 2020.
Cons: There was no screen to the door so had to keep the door closed. Would have loved to have enjoyed the beautiful evening breezes.
7.5 Good
Pros: The best asset of the hotel is definitely their staff! Everyone is friendly and eager to help you make your stay more comfortable. The courtesy breakfast is amazing and the staff at the restaurant very attentive and friendly. Location is very good, only a short ride away from the airport and very close to the pier, where you can find different restaurants, the bus station and where you can take the tours to the different beaches around and the Espiritu Santo island.
Cons: The hotel is a bit tired and the walls are paper thin, this sometimes can be a bit awkward to say the least.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great SAFE quiet location, clean and comfortable room with awesome views, amazing complimentary room-service breakfast from nearly a full menu cooked by the restaurant, big pool right on the ocean, semi-private beach, 5 min ride from all the nightlife. Definitely exceeded my expectations and highly recommend.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly and welcoming, the building has lots of character and the room was large with a table and a large bed... Good location.
Cons: Great place, the shower could be stronger, but this is the same everywhere in Mexico!
7.1 Good
Pros: Nice location on a quiet road just off the malecón. The room was very big, and came with a balcony and a nice bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, although they did originally charge me twice - this was sorted out quickly though. There was a little lizard in my room, which was fun.
Cons: For the price, it's surprising that the TV is so dated and small. The restaurant which is attached and heavily promoted never seems to have anyone in it at all. The balcony seemed like a nice idea when I booked, but actually the view is of the opposite room and a building site.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location was good and the balcony had a sea view and was lovely and shaded.
Cons: Water pressure was poor in the upper floor. It was cold overnight and we had to go hunting for blankets.
6.3 Good
Pros: Great location just off the malecon. Amazing supper in the restaurant. Simple but tasty breakfast with coffee and freshly squeezed OJ. Nice courtyard, simple rooms - dated but large and open. Friendly-ish staff.
Cons: Bed was as hard as the tile floor, extremely uncomfortable. Room had a patio but no chairs (we used the chairs from in the room). Staff, while not unfriendly, seemed indifferent, not the super friendly and helpful people mentioned in other reviews.
7.1 Good
Pros: Receptionist was awesome. Really friendly, patient and knowledgeable about all things we asked.
Cons: Coffee in the morning was not free. Bed was too firm.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice-looking rooms, especially on second floor, with unusual canopy ceilings. Great location.
Cons: Need to open and close the gates with a key every time. Shower was old and weird-looking, although worked fine.
6.3 Good
Cons: The bed was very very hard
9.2 Excellent
Pros: great location and value
7.5 Good
Pros: The sheets were awesome.
Cons: The curtains were cheap looking and the shower curtain had stains.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Jaziel, Cleo and Monica... a trio of service, comfort and effort above and beyond

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Their service was great and the staff is incredibly friendly. After a long trip, we slept in a bit and almost missed breakfast, so they offered to bring it to our room - way above and beyond! Two beds and two baths made it super convenient for the two of us. It is less than 100 yards to the water with lots of great restaurants there - local, friendly, filled with fish and tequila and mescal. The marina is about a mile away and well worth a visit, plus another great restaurant with wonderful service. They had a special tequila - a hand-written label with the serial number and such - that they let us have after we finished the bottle. That is a special gift for a special someone. All of the services you might need are within that 1 mile walk, which is a promenade for everyone - there are lots of folks who walk that in the evenings and it is a great place to view sunsets. The resort was beginning to fill up with Holy Week (Semana Santa) vacationers, and there were families enjoying the pool. Kids having fun is the universal feel-good medicine! They have a washer and dryer on site for $5 with laundry soap, and a garage for your vehicle if you have one. I highly recommend Las Gaviotas to anyone looking for a relaxing comfortable place to stay.
Cons: The occasional car horn or dog barking - almost not even worth mentioning since it did not bother us at all.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This is a very nice place to stay with on-site owners. The 3rd and 4th floor are quieter and better for sleeping than the first or second floors.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location, amazing balcony to people watch, very friendly and helpful staff, wonderful deal for the money
Cons: The AC was not very cold and the occasional poor smell from the bathroom, but otherwise it was absolutely wonderful
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: We are really disappointed, after reserving 5 days we just stay one night, everything in that place not even a resort were broken, bad attention, plus not refound..the owner who attends the place kept all the money...not even a percent of the payment wanted to refund. All around the place was dirty, brokend and old. And couldn't believe was rate with 9!!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I loved the owners! Linda was so incredibly helpful and genuinely kind. Her love for La Paz was infectious and she did everything she could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Private garage, view, spacious room. Right off the malecon - easy walking to many great restaurants and a small supermarket.
Cons: Pool was too cold to enjoy.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The owners were super nice - they were accommodating and responsive to our needs. The condo was large and spacious and worked great for our family of 4.
7.9 Good
Pros: I liked the closeness to restaurants and stores.
Cons: It is older and some parts aren’t kept up. It was hard to open and unlock the main door to get into the hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The owner and staff were delightful. Friendly, helpful, informative, homely. Very spacious room and great location just away from main restaurants and bars.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The view is wonderful. Close to The Malecon restaurants and shops. Very peaceful, quiet and secured.
Cons: Furniture, refrigerator and TV in room too old needs and upgrade. Pool was a bit dirty when we arrived.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Linda the owner was wonderful. She made us feel really welcome. She helped us book a boat trip, and she made each breakfast feel like a personalised service. On check in she immediately organised an extra bed for our 3rd child (most hotels can't be bothered). She recommended some good things to do in La Paz. The rooms were big and comfortable with all the kitchen facilities you could need and breakfast was good. All the staff were friendly. The location is great, just a 1-minute walk from the main seafront and all the restaurants.
Cons: We enjoyed our stay, but a few things could have improved it from a great stay to a superb stay. The room cleaning was a little sub-par. It looked like the apartment could do with a really good spring clean. For example, there was mould behind both of the bathroom sinks, and on the sink plugs, and if we went bare feet in the apartment we would have black soles within 5 minutes. One time my sons nappy (diaper) leaked a little overnight, so we left the sheets pulled back so they would be changed, but the maid just put them back on. The next day we had to throw them on the floor to get them changed. A few times we left the shower mat on the floor to be changed because it was dripping wet (the shower was so powerful it squirted out of the shower curtain onto the shower floor) and instead of replacing it, the shower mat disappeared. We also had a puddle in the bathroom from the shower that was not mopped up in 5 days. On the one time we saw the maid clean the room, she spent less than 10 minutes in the 2-bed apartment which is probably not enough to give it a thorough clean.

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: We arrive at the hotel and the first impression we had was that the hotel was under attack or something was wrong because it was crowded with police , then the reception told us that they live there all year around , there is almost no place to park because is full with the trucks and cars from the police , every where you see guns , kind of scary, not the image you wanna see on vacation , we want it to cancel for this reason , the hotel agreed but booking charge in advance and it was not possible ,i think booking should Ort he hotel should be clear about this situation and the hotel says is pet friendly but There is not a single area for pets
