Staff were soo lovely. Great location few minutes walk too KLCC mall, twin towers and train stations. There’s a delicious food market opposite the hotel we ate there several times very delicious and reasonable priced food. Only thing I would is that we were not aware that there was a jug for hot water and tea, coffee on the side of TV cabinet.

Great location, nearby to food place, good view, polite and friendly staff, superb massage place, clean.
There was leaking of the aircon. The front desk staff was prompt in sending maintenance.
