Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, particularly its proximity to KLCC and local attractions, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Many reviewers highlighted the convenience for exploring the city and the warm hospitality received. However, there were repeated complaints about elevator malfunctions causing long waits, and some guests noted issues with breakfast variety and quality. Cleanliness and room comfort were generally appreciated, though a few reported maintenance and safety concerns in bathrooms.
