Fantastic location, attentive staff, great room and facilities. Would recommend and will stay again if I return to this lovely city. We arrived early evening and were greeted with teas/coffees and cake. Staff go out of the way to ensure you have a great stay. Lovely continental breakfast and was lovely to meet other guests around the breakfast table.
The staff are all amazing, during our four night stay we saw six different people at reception, but they were all very attentive and helpful. Pick up from the airport was very punctual and stress-free. Breakfast is great, with a choice of nice fresh bread, ham and cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, cereals, cakes, tea and nice coffee. The position is great, just 10 minutes walk to the main square and lots of pubs and restaurants nearby. The bedroom is very comfortable, nice and warm, but you can open the window if needed. The bed is very comfy, if you don't mind having two single duvet instead of a double one.
The bathroom was a bit basic, but with some hooks for hanging clothes, some shampoo and tissues it would be just fine. The daily turnover of the bedroom felt like a quick tidy up, without any fuss that makes you feel spoilt.
Very clean, cosy and modern flat. 10min. walk to main market square. Very friendly employees. Breakfast was great. Uncomplicated check in and out. They organized an airport transfer for us. Great service. I can only recommend this place
The flat was not heated at the beginning. It was winter.
Very nice and comfortable place, no limited access to the kitchen and good crew. Placed close to old Town. Highly recommended.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were lovely and clean and warm. The shower was also quite powerful and nice. There were also DVDs and a DVD player available, which I liked.
There wasn't a hot breakfast available. There was bread for toasting, jam, ham, cheese, nutella, yoghurt, fruit, cereals and coffee and tea available, as well as cakes and cookies and what was there was delicious and fresh. But I was a little disappointed that there were no eggs or hash browns, etc. available.
A stay at Cracowdays places you in the heart of Krakow, within a 15-minute walk of Main Market Square and National Museum. Featured amenities include a computer station, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours).
