Pros: The staff was really friendly, they made our stay easy. The nearest spot to swim in the lake is only 2 minutes by feet, as well as the next bus station to go to the city. The hotel also provided free bus tickets for our whole stay.

Cons: We ran out of hand soap for the sink. Other soap was available but it was for the shower. WiFi cut in an out but it was really great connection overall.

Cons: It mentioned private bathroom but actually there was only a shower in the room and the toilet itself was located in another room (outside ours) probably shared with others. The bathroom was tiny, no window or ventilation. Pets are allowed but at the end of our stay we were asked to pay extra (not much but it was an extra cost) which is not mentioned in the site. Additional money was requested for city tax. This should be mentioned in the pricing I think.

Cons: the room was extremly small . we had to ask for a kettele there wasnt one in the room which is something very basic also, on our last day we asked from the maid if we could store our luggage untiill we leave and she refused to let us even though the was plenty of space to store them. it has never happened to me to be refused of such reasonable request/

Cons: There was no one for the check in or check out. No toilet in the room. The shower was not private in the room and there where no towels provided. The booking was misleading, it offered breakfast buffet and there was not raven a breakfast choice. This was the reason we took the place and paid more than somewhere else. Very disappointed.
