Cons: Nothing negative.
7.1 Good
Pros: Quiet and big room. Breakfast not exceptional in quality but with a good choice.
Cons: The cost for the pet is not justified. Parking is available along the street and it has to be prepaid, so be careful to estimate the departure time. The structure is located quite far from downtown, you can make a long walk riverside or taking the car is needed.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a fabulous room. It was very modern and comfortable with a view of the town and a garden. The bathroom is a modern wonder with an electric toilet which kept us amused. Breakfast was fantastic with an excellent range of food and great coffee. Staff were so helpful and as we arrived early and didn't get back from our boat trip until late, our luggage was stored for us then taken to our room. When we arrived back, all we had to do was pick up the key and crash. We couldn't have been happier with everything.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice breakfast, good quality of the food with a decent assortment. Friendly reception. Clean room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, spacious rooms, nearness to centre what else you want❤️

Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, very nice clean and comfortable room, and beautiful breakfast. staff are very friendly, I left my luggage in the lobby, and when I came back, my stuff was already in my room.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Good breakfast plenty of hot and cold food. Comfortable bed and a quiet night sleep.
Cons: The breakfast room could incorporate a toaster and sliced white or brown bread instead of the hard rolls. Also I noticed that a lot of fancy food on display was hardly touched by the guests. This could be reduced and made way for a coffee machine and a hot water urn for those who like tea rather then relying on catering staff to make it in their kitchen. The small single room facilities states on booking.com that a safety deposit box is in the room but there was not, I questioned this with a staff member and was told that not all rooms have one fitted. If this is the case then the hotel needs to update their site so as not to mislead future guests. There is not a proper chest of draws to store small items of clothing. This was also highlighted to staff. The room had a writing bureau which these days is not really needed and a chest of draws could be fitted in its place to accomodate the storage of guests clothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect for a stroll into the town, and down to the riverside.
Cons: Everything and everyone was perfect.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The lady at the desk was superfriendly and helpful in providing local information, and in helping me with my bike.
Cons: The hotel is fine. No need to change anything.

Cons: The hotel is not exactly close to the city centre but it is within walking distance you just need to walk a bit longer - about 45 munutes. This is fine as long as the weather is good. No probem to us at all.
6.7 Good
Pros: good breakfast, cute terrace, large room
Cons: no air conditioning, no refrigerator in room
7.9 Good
Pros: Very nice garden restaurant area for dinner. Very good breakfast with nice sized breakfast room. Clean rooms. Not too far from the river for a walk after dinner. Parking right outside the hotel.
Cons: No AC during heat wave. Only a little non-rotating fan to use in the bedroom. Smoking permitted in garden area comes into your room somewhat.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good selection for breakfast: fruit, several cereals, several breads, several cheeses, several meats, several spreads (jam, honey, etc), scrambled egg and bacon, boiled eggs, coffee. Large breakfast room. Wonderful garden courtyard for dinner, with candles and lights, flowers and vines. Our room looked onto the courtyard but was private enough. Wide choice for dinner, mainly traditional German dishes. The location allows easy access to the banks of the Mosel, the old town and the banks of the Rhein. Cycle paths are easily accessed. It is on a bus route but fairly quiet. There are local shops, including 2 supermarkets, within easy reach along with other restaurants. Parking was on site, and free.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Bright, tasteful room with comfortable seating and bed and good bathroom.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Expensive overnight but no complaints. Hotel well located on a quiet street and with a few dedicated parking places 200 metres away (reserve ahead). Friendly family run establishment. The rather cramped dingy reception area suggests an old fashioned city hotel but in fact our comfort double room was spacious, light, and modern. Air conditioning was welcome on a hot night. Good breakfast in an attractive breakfast room.
Cons: At this price point it would have been nice to have a selection of quality toiletries in the bathroom rather than plastic soap dispensers.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What isn't to like about the Brenner? From the minute we arrived to the minute we left we were treated incredibly well by the team at the hotel. There was a couple of minutes wait on our room, but the gentleman at the desk showed us to their garden so that we could enjoy some sunshine and peace while they finished up. Then when we got to the room.... oh boy was it worth the wait! It was huge, with two areas for beds, and a separate sitting nook. The bathroom was gigantic too! The room was modern and had a balcony and 5 windows. All of the staff were helpful but the gentleman on the front desk on our first day was particularly slow. He was more than happy to share his favourite food spots in the area with us (which resulted in a delightful dinner!) and took a lot of time to make sure that we were completely familiar with all aspects of the hotel. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better stay in the beautiful city of Koblenz.
Cons: There is nothing I didn't like. The Brenner and it's staff are amazing!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Our room seemed to have been recently refurbished. Beds comfortable, room clean, good shower. Hotel close to main area of city. On street paying parking. Reasonable range of food at breakfast to include English style tea.
Cons: TV oddly positioned, could hit head on it!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect. Would stay again.
Cons: WiFi didn't work.
7.5 Good
Pros: It was a spacious room with a good bathroom. The main train station and the old city are less than 10 minutes walking in each direction.
Cons: My mattress was too soft for my liking and I would have preferred a bigger blanket. I also thought that it was too easy to hear noise from my room because it was at the front of the hotel, more so from people talking in other rooms and the reception than from outside.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We used the hotel only for a single night's stopover so the location was perfect for us, being easy to get in and out of the city. Not sure how it would rate for a sight-seeing tour though. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel seemed to have been recently refurbished, the room was immaculate. It had an air-conditioner though the weather was cool and perfect for leaving the windows open. The beds were firm and comfortable (a rarity in European hotels!). There was even an electric kettle with tea and coffee - something we are used to when travelling in Norway but this was the only one of 4 hotels in Germany that we stayed at on this trip. The breakfast room is large with elegant seating. The selection was standard but the quality was good and the service excellent. There was a flyer in the room for a spa / massage, but we did not follow it up.
Cons: The hotel parking is about 100m down the road - irritating only if it is raining! But the staff does offer to park and return the car if you wish, so this too is not really a negative point.
7.7 Good
Cons: Beds were really hard. Other than that the stay was great.
7.9 Good
Pros: Easy access to the old town and the river. Air conditioning. A good selection. As we were room only it cost €12. Parking nearby.
Cons: Our room was noisy as just above the dining room and we were woken up at 5.30 each morning as they set out breakfast and they spoke very loudly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy to find the hotel. Top breakfest. Good parking service

Pros: Location of hotel to station is good but to the centre of town is 20 minutes plus walking, room was very large and comfortable, breakfast was just what you need to get you on the go and for €5 is a good price, staff where good, all in all a nice hotel.
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location.. very quiet..helpful hosts
Cons: Very warm. Average breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is always so nice! They have a sense of humor, and they are kind, and they remember you. They even offered me their bike, when all the bike rentals were sold out. (I did find a rental bike with Ruckwind in the Gemuesestrasze in the end, check it out.) The room is gigantic, very spacious, and everything is clean and comfortable. Place to put your stuff in the shower, big closet for your clothes, table and chairs, lots of light, etc. Big fat pillows, good bed, no noise. About 1 km to the points of interest, like Deutsche Eck. Parking: free after 14 pm on Friday - there is a lot across from the Aldi. Otherwise, pay for a ticket, which is not so expensive. This hotel is the best kept secret for the last minute traveller!
Cons: Nothing really... There is an elevator. There is a good breakfast for 5 euro. The area is safe. There is free parking on the weekend. It's a well kept place, harmonious and clean. Nothing to dislike about it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, bed comfortable, staff were lovely ☺️
Cons: A little expensive for bed only.,
10.0 Excellent
Pros: V large bedroom and v comfortable. Only 2 mins walk from the train station and 10/15 from the centre.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was comfortable and big enough. The breakfast was simple but good and only costs € 5 per day. The location of the hotel was great, only a couple of minutes walking to the Rhine and from there a short walk to the old city.
Cons: The hotel didn't have private parking space. Public parking on the street was possible, but limited in time (depending on the street max. 2, 3 or 4 hours parking). There is a parking nearby at the train station for longer stays.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Simple but clean and very affordable. Close to the train station, 15-20 minutes walk to old town. Good breakfast for only €5. Fan in the room (no AC). All in all a very good deal for the money.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great room, large, clean and immaculately looked after. Great hosts and excellent value for money breakfast.

7.0 Good
Pros: Location was brilliant, just a block from the main city hub - shops, shops, shops and eateries.
Cons: Felt that the staff need more hospitality training for non Deutsche speakers. Couldn't get on the Internet as too many questions and only in Deutsche. Need to simplify their login.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: What a great find. As the crow lies it looks closer to the city than it actually is, as it sits on a hill overlooking the city and on the other side of the river. However. it has a fabulous view and we decided just to stay in the hotel for dinner and a few Drinks. Great decision. The food was amazing the local wine fabulous and the staff could not have been more helpful and attentive. Would highly recommend this hotel and the people who run it.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The view of Koblenz from the hotel location is breathtaking. Although the hotel is across the river from Koblenz centre, it is well worth the taxi fare for the views of the city. Highly recommend.
Cons: Some missed communication meant our host, Bruce, was only expecting 9 guests when we were actually 10, however, Bruce and his charming wife quickly made the necessary arrangements to accommodate us all.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Loved the room. The bed was amazing and the shower was the best I found while traveling. Beautiful view over the city! Quick to get to from the center of the city by taxi. It's a nice walk down to the city and back up if you have some extra time and don't mind some steep stairs.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location and view over Koblenz. Nice restaurant. Good price/quality
Cons: All great. Breakfast could have a bit more of things but to start the day it was OK.
9.6 Excellent

Cons: Not one dislike.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: cosy family ran hotel in a quiet environment with a great view on the city, comfortable tidy room with excellent bedding, saloon, friendly staff, basic but satisfying breakfast
5.8 Okay
Pros: The view over the city from the breakfast room is spectacular. There is ample parking, very close to the rooms. Staff are helpful and polite.
Cons: The rooms are fine, although there was no shampoo and the pillows far too soft for my taste. The breakfast was nothing special. A boiled egg was the hottest thing on offer, fruit was not fresh and there was very poor coffee.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We love the views from this hotel. It is a little out of the way and can be a bit difficult to figure out where it is but well worth getting to. We also like that there is a restaurant with the hotel.
Cons: Nothing that we can think of at the moment.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location over looking both of the rivers and the city. Good food and drinks. This place was a blessing in disguise as we thought it was a little too far out of the centre. It was too hot to walk anywhere and stayed at the hotel for the afternoon/evening and had a great meal and watched the sunset over the city. We could not of found better in the centre.
6.7 Good
Pros: Great location for views of the river and town
Cons: Bit basic and had to get taxi back after evening in town

Cons: Quite far from the centre; architectural style = total kitsch
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is just charming inside and spotlessly clean! The location is perfect, a close walk to the Mosel and Rhine Rivers join. Make sure you select to have breakfast at the hotel, it is an amazing buffet, worth the every penny. We ate dinner here as well, it was delicious and reasonably priced plus they gave us a 10% off coupon. This has been the nicest hotel we stayed at in our Europe adventure!
Cons: When we drove up I was concerned, it didn’t look like a great area and the grounds are a bit unkept. Once we checked in we discovered it is an amazing hotel!
5.4 Okay
Pros: Good location for our meeting and breakfast was quite good.
Cons: Older rooms, small beds, no AC and quite expensive.

Pros: The location was fairly good, not far from the old city and attractions. Hotel was comfortable and staff was nice and helpful. Parking was good, quite area.

Altstadt Hotel Koblenz - Koblenz - Building

The allergy-free rooms at the Altstadt Hotel Koblenz feature modern décor and parquet floors. All rooms include a TV, desk and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer. A selection of coffees and teas are also available, as well as some à la carte dishes. The Altstadt Hotel Koblenz is right beside the Jesuit Monastery and Koblenz Town Hall. The Rhine and Moselle rivers are just 250 metres away.
7.9 Good
Pros: The location was great but we didn't know where to park. There was no onsite parking. An email from the hotel with the parking locations would have been nice.
Cons: There was no elevator.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good location, convenient local parking (2 blocks away), clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, friendly staff who carried our bags to our room and good local dining.
Cons: Check in by 6 PM because they close the "restaurant" - who are also the check-in staff- and then and have no staff available later. They will assist with a later arrival as required - by texting entry codes and leaving a key - how we do not know - but it would be in your interest to call and ask if you expect a later arrival. You can drive to the hotel up to 7 to drop off bags. They are often there later than 6.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The staff were welcoming and check in was relaxed and easy. It was centrally situated in the Aldstadt and hence the choice of hotel.
Cons: Firstly it needs to be stated that it is totally unsuitable for mature travelers. There is no lift , only a narrow spiral type staircase and we were on the top floor. We had to carry two large suitcases and accompanying travel luggage up the stairs. Secondly whilst we acknowledge that it was the hottest day on record for Koblenz- apparently 42 degrees , Our room would not have met health and safety regulations with the extreme heat we experienced . The room was small with one narrow window hence no through draft . There was no air conditioning and the little free standing fans did nothing to cool the room down. Being high up in the roof area did not help. As a large family group occupying various ( and many) rooms in the hotel we all experienced extreme heat fatigue and a sleepless night as we could not close the windows due to heat to block out the noise of the late night revelers crossing the square. This went on until about 4am and then at 6am the town click started sounding. Lastly in check in we had been advised that we could order breakfast before 8 am before the cafe which occupies the ground floor opened . We were all checking out and when tried to order something before we went were advised there was no bread. I am sure that this authentic and well situated hotel would be beautiful in winter however it was terrible in summer and certainly difficult if you are on the top floor.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Just blocks from the Deutsches Eck and the Rhine. Bells at the church in the Jesuitenplatz are charming at first but get annoying at 4 AM, so close the windows. Staff is friendly and the food in the cafe, though not included, is very good.
Cons: Noise at night, bring earplugs.
6.7 Good
Cons: The rooms have no aircon although a small fan & the noise from the street at 2am kept us awake.Saying that the staff were extremely pleasant & helpful.
7.1 Good
Pros: The Location is the best. center of the old town, with shopping and restaurants all near by, with the positive feeling of church bells. location 10/10
Cons: I arrived after closing hrs of their cafe. the code for the keys was not given. calling the emergency was going to answering, and i had to involve a local to get the code and eventually inside the room. check in, after they close their cafe at 6pm- is tough.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Stairway very low, no elevator
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were staying 1 night in a couple room. The hotel location is in the heart of Koblenz center, in a beautiful cultural place and shopping areas not far from the river by foot. The room was very clean and tidy, facing to the center square. The hotel is well maintained. Breakfast is not included. However, I recommend eating in the hotel's restaurant. The dishes are served very nice decorated and the food is home made. The hotel staff is very serviceable, with warm welcome altitude.
Cons: There is no elevator, this is the only deficiency I found.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location in the city centre was perfect, next to shops and restaurants. Parking garage is at walking distance, as are sights. Koblenz has a nice atmosphere and friendly people.
Cons: Noise from the square at which the hotel is located goes on till late in the evening and starts again early in the morning (6am). Breakfast in the bakery under the hotel is quite expensive. I missed having a reception desk (for checking in/out you have to wait at cash desk of the bakery.

Pros: I liked the spa area, clean, quiet and very relaxing. The breakfast was not too bad: you could get omelets the way you want and the rest is just enough for a nice breakfast.
Cons: The room is pretty old fashion (old carpet), but the worst was that there is no air con, nor any air coming in/out - when it’s hot it’s very difficult to sleep. If you open windows, mosquitos all over...

Pros: Convenient location easily accessed from the A61 motorway, this is a good option for a 1 night stop as the area is on the edge of the town and very quiet with safe parking. Access to Koblenz by train is possible, we spent the evening in the town, and there's plenty to see and do. The area around the hotel itself is very quiet, a few bars and shops are within walking distance.
Cons: The layout of the bathroom facilities, visible and open to the main bedroom area, is unusual with less privacy than normal but still adequate as long as you're well acquainted with your travelling companion!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: AMAZING!! One of our favorite places that we stayed on this trip to Germany from the US, we wish we could have stayed more than one night. We booked last minute on the way from Heidelberg to Koblenz, and this did not disappoint. Very short drive into the city, we loved the forest atmosphere and so many trails and things to see/do right around the hotel. Very kid-friendly. Decent breakfast. We stayed in the newer building, and it was one of the nicest and best value (great price) of our whole trip.

Cons: Don't expect to much WiFi, if any at all.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Such a simple check in and room "key" system! Very comfy, sparkling clean room and excellent breakfast. Staff also pleasant and welcoming.
Cons: Situated by a railway line and a busy main road but the double glazing did a good job of keeping it quiet. I don't know how this would be in hot weather when you might want the window open! A fair walk in to the main sights.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was full of options and they were all delicious, fresh and hot. Location was great, walking distance to all amenities. Room was clean, modern and quiet. Value was outstanding. Really enjoyed our stay, we plan on returning and even using B&B Hotels at other locations around Germany
Cons: Can't think of anything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were efficient. The best security for safety. Breakfast was just great. The beds with comforters was better than home.
Cons: A distance from transportation.
6.7 Good
Pros: Check out at midday was really useful. The electronic check in was really easy and I'm happy this is being used more for hotels. The room itself was clean and comfy. Wifi was good and the location was ideal. Lots of parking available if needed.
Cons: We came across 2 staff on reception. One lady was quite rude and very unhelpful whereas a man was really friendly. Hotel was probably a bit pricey for what you got compared to others in the area.
7.0 Good
Pros: Very central and easy check in- check out.
Cons: We were 3 ppl in one room and there were not enough towels left. Rather than this everything was fine. Excellent for a travel on a budget.
5.8 Okay
Pros: efficient check in and even better no check out, you just leave as they have a pincode system and you don't have to return a room card. check out is also quite late at 12pm. the mattresses are quite hard, so I guess that's not everyone's cup of tea. room was clean and efficiently furbished. however I wouldn't want to spend more than a night or two at this hotel.
Cons: location is horrendous, just next to some sort of inner city highway. you have to decide whether or not you wanna have breakfast at the hotel the evening before. we were glad we didn't as the choices looked so little.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Reasonable location on edge of town & near main roads - (be aware, little of interest in immediate neighbourhood, 10/15 mins easy walk to Altstadt). Easy free parking in front of hotel. Friendly welcome. Clean & modern.
Cons: Second pillow would have been nice addition. WiFi speed ok but kept disconnecting from devices - had to reconnect several times per hour. Frustrating when streaming tv/radio.

Pros: Nice welcoming hotel and very helpful reception staff great nights sleep great location
Cons: Nothing all good
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean and problem free, you can check in and out any time, great location!
Cons: The attitude of the girl on the register

Mercure Hotel Koblenz - Koblenz - Building

8.2 Excellent (3,981 reviews)
Overview Reviews
The 4-star Mercure Hotel Koblenz is located on the beautiful banks of the Rhine, close to the Rhein-Mosel-Halle and Electoral Palace –and only around 0.6 miles (1 km) from the Deutsches Eck. In 2008, our hotel was completely renovated and modernized. All 168 rooms have free WIFI. The conference area, where events with up to 120 participants are held, also boasts the latest technology. Arrival: The main train station is only 0.6 miles (1 km) away. By car, take the A48 highway.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Close to the river and in a great location for seeing the Rhine and Moselle rivers confluence and the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress, across the river by cable car. Riverside walks lovely. Breakfast was very full and busy, in keeping with it being a classic business hotel, and the choice of food was good. Underground car park below the hotel extremely convenient.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The assessment is in two parts. I could not fault the staff, the accommodation, the excellent breakfast. All of this was first rate.
Cons: BUT, we arrived about 6.30pm to be told the hotel was overbooked due to a conference and tour groups. We had no rooms despite having booked and fully paid on January 7th. We were offered two alternatives ( one 20km away). I very very politely and nicely suggested that they put out any 3 attendees because I was not going anywhere else. Felix, to give him his due, found a single room for my son and upgraded us to a lovely room on the 10th floor. You have no idea how difficult that stand was for me because I am a confrontational coward normally. BUT the hotel did accommodate us in the end and it is a very nice hotel.
7.5 Good
Pros: 1. Nice view of the city and river from the rooms. 2. Close the a main road. 3. Bed was comfortable. 4. Good amenities in the room.
Cons: 1. Little bit far from the shopping area 20-30min walk. 2. Pillows was way to soft. 3. Very bad smell when you enter the hotel, smelled like a sewer. 4. Lots of hotel parking but too expensive, should be free of charge to guests.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing breakfasts with egg chefs!
Cons: no downsides
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Very business focused hotel and light on facilities but as a place to base yourself in Koblenz, perfect.
Cons: No facilities to speak of.
7.5 Good
Pros: Very good
7.1 Good
Pros: View from our room on the 9th floor was spectacular!
Cons: Breakfast is very expensive and not good value for money but the only close by option.
7.5 Good
Cons: There is permanent noise from the roof on 10 and 9 floors, should change the room
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Drinks were way too pricey.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is an excellent hotel, with multilingual courteous desk staff and a recent refit. The breakfast is outstanding (especially on Sunday), and the hotel staff cannot be friendlier or more helpful.
Cons: My travelling companion had to eat lunch in the restaurant, and the order was wrong, not great quality, and the service argumentative and surly. Best avoided for food during the day.
7.5 Good
Pros: It is not far from main tourist attractions though it is not close to either train stations in Koblenz. Its breakfast quality shows improvement compared to my stay in another Mercure some years before. Last, the hotel staff are efficient, friendly and helpful.
Cons: The dinner taste was only acceptable but as the hotel had no restaurant nearby, I had dinner in the hotel twice.

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: I was disappointed with Ibis. Room resembled a hospital room rather than a hotel. Oddly clinical and bland. Nothing nice or comfortable. Wouldn't hurt to buy some kettles either. Very poor indeed. Would not stay at an Ibis again.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location was great..
Cons: Room was small.. not value for money.. AC was not functioning properly.

Cons: Is too hot
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect staying! Wonderful staff, great room. Helped us with everything we needed.
7.9 Good
Pros: Comfy bed, quiet room, helpful and friendly staff.
Cons: In this day and age of the connected traveller, I'd expect electrical sockets and/or USB sockets next to the bed, and on both sides as well. Charging cables trailing around the floor is not a clever look.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Car parking was very reasonable and convenient. It is only classed as a 2 star but was better than many of the 3 star hotels we have stayed in
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is close to the central station and not far from the old town. The facilities and the environment are very good.

4.6 Okay
Pros: River view
Cons: Very small , location is far from the central station No transportation
7.5 Good
Pros: The hotel looks a little careworn from the exterior but was much better inside.
Cons: Exterior needs a coat of paint. Didn’t realize the railway line was 10 m away.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: So beautiful looking from window of the room. I enjoyed nice view of Rhine river. Hotel is close to the boat port and a bus stop.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We got a warm welcome and the staff made sure we had a nice stay. The rooms were clean, it is nearby a supermarket and we slept perfect.
Cons: The restaurant served nice food, only they sometimes forgot what we ordered.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: First class hotel in a quite location dispite the railway, (there was very little noise from it). Situated on the East bank of the Rheine away from the hustle & bustle of Koblenz. The little ferry across to the city was 2minutes away (2 Euros each way) Very good breakfast with a great selection, eggs cooked to order. Very helpful & pleasant staff. Food in the restaurant was excellent.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Location ideal with ferry across Rine 100 metres from hotel. Staff excellent, attentive and friendly.
Cons: Nothing
7.5 Good
Cons: The hotel was ok, a bit dated.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The room had a gorgeous view and breakfast was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.
Cons: The location was perhaps not the best if you had to walk to the town, no problem on a lovely day but if raining not so good but only took about 20mins.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great Staff, exceptionally clean and great patio's to take in the action on the Rhine. Beautiful views of Koblenz.
Cons: I felt the breakfast was over priced and no other food options on that side of the river. Only a $4 euro ferry charge to cross to Koblenz and it is walkable. Would not be suitable for those with mobility issues, however, taxi service is available.
