Guests consistently praise the exceptional service, warm hospitality, and authentic atmosphere of the ryokan, highlighting the traditional Japanese experience and serene environment. The cuisine, especially dinner and breakfast, receives high acclaim for its quality and presentation. Many guests also appreciate the tranquil onsen and peaceful gardens. However, some note that the property and facilities are old, with a few expressing disappointment in the bathroom arrangements and feeling the value for price could be improved.
