Cons:

Unable to reach this company and ultimately ended up booking with a different agency. Would suggest you save yourself this frustration and book with another company.

My reservation showed an amount due of only $574.20, but I was charged $839.30. So I am not happy with the extra charges of $265.10 (over 46% increase). Also, the vehicle was very old and had over 140,000 miles on it. All in all it was very expensive for what I received.

It was not clear I would need to refuel before drop off and the prices for the refuel were stupid, even with today’s current climate.

We had to cancel our trip due to COVID and Sixth refused to refund our money or even a portion per their policy. They simply responded with "we know this isn't the answer you want however, we're not refunding any of your payment due to sound business practices". Customer service is a joke as it's basically non existent and forced to exchange emails. Terrible experience and I would never rent from this joke of a so called rental car company. Truly horrible. Do yourself a favor and avoid.

Pickup took 1 hour with only 2 people in front of us. Drop off was easy and great.

Very friendly staff. Prompt service and clean car. The car I chose was not available at the time of pickup so I had an up charge for the first 3 days but liked the SUV so much I kept it the whole time.

Traveler note - Important to know: Thrifty pickups are in the parking lot of the airport, they are not in the terminal itself. You can learn this by asking around (as we did) and it's not a long walk, but it would have been helpful if Thrifty let us know in advance simply from a comfort perspective. The woman who helped us with the rental pickup couldn't have been nicer. The car was good -- be uber-cautious about driving: the pot holes in St Lucia will do more than just rattle your teeth if you hit one straight on.

Pros:

Pock up : drop off convenient location

Cons:

I reserved and paid for anfull size SUV, and they gave me a small SUV - Chevy Trax. The car was not big enough for our luggage, and we had toncarry the luggage on top of us. A disaster!!!!

Pros:

Ease/Speed in which car was made available. Spouse was placed in car with AC running while I did the paperwork. Location of office which was just outside arrival hall.

Cons:

Hard to tell. Staff was mostly courteous and attentive
