Pros: Loved how close this inn was to shopping and restaurants in Kingston. The staff is excellent and made us feel very welcome and are also very knowledgeable. Our room was amazing, not one spec of dust, dirt or bugs. The food that staff cooks is amazing!
Cons: The parking on the street was a pain but it was not the inn's fault it's the city, but the staff is very aware and goes out of their way to help. Parking in the drive way is tight but doable.

Pros: Beautiful room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: clean, upper end, breakfast was delicious and seemed fresh and " real food"
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a perfect location, we had a view of the marina/bay, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was great and the room clean, updated and spacious. Enjoyed, will be back.
Cons: Parking fee $21, We parked across the street overnight for free, then moved our car in the morning to avoid the parking fee of the hotel.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: It was roomy and clean and had everything we needed. It was great to have the kitchen. The breakfast was surprisingly good and complete for a serve yourself.
Cons: We were surprised that there were parking charges. I didn't notice that when I booked the room. Our room also didn't have a bath tub. Perhaps I could have asked for this, but just found out when we went to the room and then didn't bother.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel. Breakfast is amazing!!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Large clean rooms with kitchen
Cons: Breakfast buffet is what you would expect for free
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to downtown- walking distance to everything so it was very convenient. Very comfortable bed and kitchen was fully equipped which came in quite handy. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly/helpful!
Cons: Not really- not a super fancy hotel but its only rated 3 stars. We were happy with the quality overall as it isn't the newest hotel, but the view was great, room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! Very positive experience and highly recommend!
4.0 OK
Pros: Continental breakfast was superb! Nice selection of flavoured coffee and teas. Decent gym with treadmills and stability balls, as well as hand-weights in the basement.
Cons: Well the pay for parking is lame, $13/night. Some folks may like the fact that the parking is underground for security. But I wish I had been prompted about the parking fee. Tv selection is just basic with no option to buy any flicks.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was gracious and the room was of good quality.
Cons: I think the fitness centre should offer more than it does. A couple of machines and a few weights is not enough.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, suite & bed were very nice, probably best free hot continental breakfast I've ever had at a hotel.
Cons: Room shower looks very nice, but actual shower space is small and cramped.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: great room, easy location, free breakfast is always nice
Cons: parking was expensive
10.0 Excellent

Pros: The location is within walking distance of the downtown core. (The first restaurant is only a minute walk away.) The staff is both friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and extremely quiet. I love this hotel!!!
Cons: Overnight parking is expensive at $18/night.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Claen, spacious, modern. Lots of outlets for electronics etc.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, location was great, fair price
Cons: No AC
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect. Close proximity to the best pubs, the market, etc. I love that they kept the charm of a 180 year old Euro style hotel with narrow, almost confusing halls... It has wonderful character.
Cons: If you book this hotel, you need to understand that it's 180 years old, and has kept it's historical charm. It's not a modern upscale North American styled hotel, and the walls and halls are not sound-proofed. It's more like a mid level European hotel.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to downtown
Cons: I wasn't aware that parking was not included, and the rooms were a bit smaller than we thought maybe they would be---perhaps they are larger on a different floor. We were on the 3rd floor.
