Guests frequently praised the hotel's location and some found the property beautiful with nice landscaping and ambiance. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, pools, and public areas, as well as problems with maintenance and hygiene due to birds and algae. Pros (+) All staff was amazing. The lobby and pool areas are nice and fairly well kept.
Cons (-) This property needs maintenance. So many things need repair. Elevators, facade, chairs, bedding, wood in rooms were all things noticed that needed repairs. For a 5 star property it's being maintained at a 2 star level.
