Required to pay and move to a bigger room as booked room was too small. No English speaking channels on TV mostly voiced over.

I loved their hospitality and the genuine greetings and conversations. The facility is amazing (especially the onsen). I also loved the fact that it is nearby to several malls and also the public transport. The breakfast though, AMAZING.
