Cons: Entrance to the hotel isn't great nor very safe surface, toilet windows aren't frosted glass so blinds need to stay down all the time or the builders had a nice view of you. Not a great selection of television stations so am so bored of BBC world news now.

Cons: During heat wave we discovered our AC wasn't working. The hotel was apparently "sold out" so we couldn't move rooms but seemed like no one else was around. When a front desk staff came as the "technician" they flipped the switch a few times and send they would send for a real technician. After waiting over and hour we went passed the front desk and inquired only to be told there was nothing they could do. Would have been nice to be notified. Being on the top floor, while providing a nice view, was unbearably hot. Didn't sleep a wink. Was not compensated.

Pros: The staff were excellent, always there to give advice and help. We had booked a junior suite and it was large and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with a variety of cooked and cold foods. The hotel is surrounded by trees and it is a wonderful view.

Check in was very smooth. Room is comfortable and spacious and plenty of closet space and shelves. Room and bathroom were clean enough. Breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold dishes. I discovered there was a rooftop panoramic bar and the night I was there there was live music - very pleasant surprise. Hotel is easy walking distance to the centre - 15/20 mins. Overall great value for money, would return if I am ever back in Kaunas!

Cons: The hotel room has certainly aged, some rips in the wallpaper, a tiny bit of what I assumed is mold in the shower cabin (could be also just dirt as it was very dark). Bed stand lights are impractical, as you have to keep the light off to be able to charge your phone or other device (only one electrical outlet next to the bed). Would've been nice if I didn't have to go to the bathroom to throw some trash out, as that is where the only garbage bin was.

Cons: In the room, which I had, there was no heater nor any other device which could increase temperature in the room. Installed air conditioner was making mainly noise and the maximum temperature I could reached with it was 18,7 C. So after two nights sleeping there I got cold and I came back sick from my business trip. No water available in the room, in bathroom missing toilet brush. Poor breakfast. To open parking gate, everytime you get in/out, you must call the reception and ask them to open the barrier.

Pros: Location is extremely perfect for those who come to spend their time in the city centre. The building itself is amazing. The reason i picked this hotel was the picture of its original lobby and it truly looks amazing. Room was above my expectations and was good value for money.
Cons: Staff could use some training towards customer service. When I arrived, the receptionist didn’t even bother to say hello, instead she muffled to give her my id. I asked her about the checkout time, but she said that she will provide me with the information only after she finishes registration. During breakfast it seemed that staff is more interested in chatting among themselves than in their actual jobs, which did not look very professional. I recommend this hotel for those who don’t mind this sort of attitude of staff and enjoy staying in authentic old buildings :)

Pros: Great location, good breakfast. Also good internet. Maps and guides of the town next to the reception. The best advantage was price to quality relation. Reasonable price for good quality. Definitely could recommend the hotel for other Kaunas visitors.
Cons: It was a bit too dark in the room also with lights turned on. Also slightly cold in the hotel room. The room service also didn't come for a few days. It probably may be related to the hotel building renovations that were taking place during my stay. But over all, not something too important that was missing.

Pros: Hotel is very well located in Kaunas old town. Right around the corner from all the better bars and restaurants in Kaunas, and in the most attractive part of the city. But far enough away that its still pretty quiet there at night.
Room was large and comfortable. I got a suite for a really good price - two large rooms and a large comfortable bathroom.
Staff is very nice and helpful. I checked out in the middle of the night and they had a packed lunch for me - which is a nice touch.

Cons: I prepaid for the breakfast - but it was pretty mediocre. I didn't bother with it after the first day. Breakfast at some other local hotels is better.
Boring decor. Its all nice functional hotel style furniture - but no pictures or anything interesting in the room.

Cons: Breakfast wasn't on the level I expected. Omelette I ordered was not made from eggs. And I don't like when hotel employees give orders to eachother and laugh in high volume when standing beside you :) Little smile can always light up someone's day and get you few extra points..

Cons: You pay for the location, and that’s all! Cozy hotel = Old hotel. the bed is old, and you can’t really sleep. Breakfast is simple! There were bugs around the food, and sometimes in the food. It is a waste of money to pay for breakfast. In my opinion, It doesn’t have anything about Cozy in this Hotel. Reception woke up us 1:45 in the morning looking for iron ( that we didn’t even order!) 1:45 in The MORNING! WTF!
