The rooftop bar was a great place for a drink before going out.
I thought the hotel was a bit pricey for what you got. Room had hair in it from previous guest. Both in the bathroom and on the bed. Staff was also knocking on my door in the morning. One was housekeeping. The other to refill the bar — all before my checkout time. I found that incredibly annoying.
The shower area had mold in it. The toilet wouldn’t flush. The entire bathroom smelled like urine. No tissues in the dispenser. You can hear everybody up and down the hallway open and close the doors. At $400 per night I expected to have a nice room that was clean and comfortable.
The decor is beautiful and the rooms are large for other hotels in the area. The bathrooms and other facilities are up-to-date. The overall design is modern and appealing.
The staff was not friendly nor were they easily available to help. We had a dirty towel with blood on it in our room and were not even offered an apology. The bartender also never acknowledged our presence. Overall the staff did not seem happy to be working there.
Nice rooms, pool.
Although isolated, still some noice from street. Housekeeping a bit sloppy (glasses not cleaned, coffee maker not cleaned from previous visitor.
