What seemed to be a nicely cleaned rm and the location
Breakfast the eggs were soggy that they just fell apart ,dirty air vents, vending machines were outdated not accept credit cards and even if I had cash the water was out of order but the staff found me a personal water bottle

We stayed with our entire wrestling team and coaches. The staff went above and beyond to help us out and we were able to have our team dinner in the dining room. Rooms were updated and very clean. Special thanks to Abhi he was awesome!

The price that I was given when I booked the room was different than what I paid. When I checked into the property they charged me more! Opened the door to our room and it smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room: huge crack in the ceiling and marks all over it and the walls. The shower had some weird stains on it and the toilet wasn’t completely attached. Every time we sat down on the toilet it moved.

The location was convenient. The breakfast was a value for the price of the hotel.
There was some kind of "stain" on mu sheets... The toilet was not bolted to the floor so we had to be careful using it. I also was looking forward to using the hot tub there was not one.

Because my flight did not arrive until late I made the booking close by the airport and advised the hotel that the person picking me up would be arriving to check in during the afternoon. Was very disappointed to find out that they were not allowed to check in. They had a 7 hour wait for my arrival. I had supplied my credit card details with the booking and would have expected it to be accepted if my friends card was not a suitable type. I have used this chain a number of times having no issues with this same situation. I will not stay there again.
