Pros (+) Fairly new hotel so everything was very clean and proper. Very modern feel.
Cons (-) Noise levels. There were some kids or adults being very noisy on the floor above us that woke us up at 12:30 in the morning. We called the front desk but i'm not sure if they actually contacted the occupants because it continued for a while after.
