Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's breakfast for its variety and quality, as well as the convenient location, especially for those visiting Cornell University. Many found the beds comfortable and the rooms spacious. However, several reviews noted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty carpets, musty odors, and outdated furnishings. While some guests highlighted helpful staff and good amenities like the pool and parking, others were disappointed by maintenance problems and occasional lapses in housekeeping. Overall, the hotel offers good value, but cleanliness and upkeep could be improved.AI-generated from customer reviews
