The best thing of this hotel is the location. Highlights are in walkable distances. The bed was very soft. I like the bed so much but I’m sure some people don’t. The staff is helpful. Especially the guy who took me to the room was very professional. The breakfast is ordinary. WiFi speed is fair.
Generally, there’s no big problem. But some few things should be improved as a 4 star hotel.... The room was quite small... And the noise from the upper room was just annoying. Wish it was soundproof. When I checked-in the staff even did not greet me and he was just kept quite which was uncomfortable. The lobby was bit dark. I thought it’s not open... But apart from these things, the hotel is ok.

I loved everything about this hotel. Everything was easy, easy check in easy check out. Anything you need they provide. They are all so welcoming and friendly. I will definitely return. Sercan the manager was super amazing and acted so professionally but at the same time so friendly. She was great.
