Superb and very kind staff working in a nice family hotel. It is clean and quite despite of being in “the historical “ side of Istanbul.. You can reach it easily as it’s very close to Sirkeci tramvay and metro stations.
They deserve the best ,So the negative feedback had been told privately. It’s my second time here and i will come back again

The turkish bath and massage i had at the property.
The bathroom was dirty and had a very hard smell . Very noisy room. The breakfast didnt had too many options.

A very friendly staff person called Bakhtiyar, he was very helpful and very friendly in dealing with customers.
I had a single room with window that show the backyard of the hotel and the emergency stairs. In day one, the electricity switched off around 2am and the generator started working which gave me the feeling that I am sleeping near to the generator because of its loud sound. At the first morning I went to take a shower and the glass door of the shower was not fixed properly and once I touched it it turned into pieces, this caused a lot or bruises in my body and I had to take some glass parts out of my skin. The management were not satisfied to change my room until they saw my injuries and blood. Also the new room was with windows on the back yard with the generator sound during the night.
