Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and the helpfulness of the staff, with many noting easy access to city attractions and amenities. Several reviews highlight the good value for the price and comfortable rooms. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with multiple guests reporting dirty carpets, bathrooms, and general lack of maintenance. Despite these concerns, positive experiences with service and location stand out for many visitors.
