Highly recommended!

Pros: The design of the hostel left me amazed. The architecture of this accommodation was the most unique we had in Japan. The shape and style of the interior with all that wood and the tree inside the building was so lovely. The rooms were simple, but spacious (for Japanese standarts). All facilities were super clean and the staff very friendly as well. Hope to be back some day.

You feel like you live in a traditional Japanese house. The balcony is nice. They provide a commented map of the places all around. The public bath is at 3 minutes walk, I recommend the experience. The hostess is a former backpacker, genuinely interested by your previous experiences and likes to share and to chat. Great feeling of hospitality.
Cons: Moskitos
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A beutiful japanese style house with a cosy atmosphere. The host was super friendly and her restaurant/cafe-guide to the neighborhood was so helpful!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location for this 100 year old guesthouse was neat. In the middle of the old neighbourhood Kawasaki with a lot of nice and cozy places to visit within 5 minutes walk. Just about 10 minutes from the station by foot, which makes it convenient for dragging a suitcase. The host was very welcoming and gave a lot of information about the city alongside a self-drawn map of nearby restaurants etc. Would recommend this place for anyone who is comfortable with hanging out with other people in the guesthouse and not afraid of an old house!
Cons: Nothing that we didn't dislike.
10.0 Excellent

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The owner is a very friendly and interesting girl, who’s very happy to engage in conversations and has a very good knowledge of different cultures. The guest house is well located close to the kintetsu and JR lines and the historical center
Cons: Facilities are a bit run down (I guess it’s not easy to maintain such a big place by herself) and spaces in dorm kinda narrow. We had bad luck with a snoring man in our room and it was literally 5 cm from us. Of course that’s nobody’s fault but it prevented us from sleeping all night
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The house is a traditionnal japanese home. We enjoy Being in the balcon.
Cons: It is a little noisy because the walls are very thin.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and the owner takes care of her guests by heart. The house and the interior is also very lovely. It is like taken from a Ghibli movie! You can rent a bike to get to some sightseeing spots but you can also walk to the Iseshi-station to get access to bus and train. There are also traditional Japanese cafes, a big supermarket and a convenience store nearby. I think there are not many places who are such convenient like this hostel!

Pros: I really liked the friendly staff. And the cozy environment. It was a great place to relax and chat with new friends!
Cons: Everything was great, but I did have difficulty with opening and closing my room door, and the shower was a bit of a tight squeeze.
7.5 Good
Pros: Really nice atmosphere and persons: we were invited for the party and had a great chat. Location is close to station.
Cons: The bed were pretty bad and linens were 150 more yen and not very adapted. Comfort should be increased (example: pellow is more like a cushion), and th e dorm seems a bit messy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good price. Friendly staff.
Cons: Door lock,
7.9 Good
Pros: Very nice staff asking for join dinner, good location
Cons: The bed smelled like cat and was very close to a window showing a lighted pannel
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The price was reasonable and the hostel was clean. The service was good and stuff was nice. Hostel was not far from the station and near restaurant.
Cons: The bath was little old.
4.2 Okay
Pros: The girl who welcomed us was kind and helpful. And good localization.
Cons: Extremely disappointed! We arrived and from the entrance we worried. The common room is dismal, electric wires are everywhere and it smells like cat urine. The rooms are in very bad condition, the floor is torn off and the walls stained. The beds are inflatable, not comfortable and if you want sheets to protect your mattress or pillow you have to ask at the reception! They are not given directly ... In addition, on the 3rd floor there is a room with a poor cat who lives alone in the dark with a horrible smell ... I call that animal abuse! So, ¥ 3000 for that, I do not recommend at all.
7.1 Good
Pros: For 300¥ you can join dinner prepared by the staff, which is really great and fun.
Cons: Mattress was not too comfortable. I actually had no problem with it being an ibflatable PVC mat as I had a sleeping bag made of cloth (Hüttenschlafsack in German) with me. The guest house just took in a cute stray cat, however, it still has to be taught how to live in a house. This was not really hygienic.
7.9 Good
Pros: Lovely hosts, good location, affordable, and super cute cats!
Cons: Beds weren't the most comfiest- air mattress was fine but a proper pillow would've been good.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Staff was helpful. Good advice, well spoken English, nice enough to make breakfast and dinner.
Cons: The place is quite run down, and needs a lot of work.
7.9 Good
Pros: This is probably the cheapest, safest, decent and clean bed you can find near the Ise Shrines and Temples. You can choose an additional option to have a clean bed sheet and pillow case on top of your pvc bed cushion. There is a shower cubicle with clean towels ready to use. Shampoos and body soap is free. There is a public bath or ‘sento’ about 150meters away which is very clean and relaxing after your long day outside for only 380yen. I advise you to use it for the relaxing experience. The washing machine is free to use with laundry soap available. The toilets were clean and near the sleeping area. The parking area is very near for only 800 a day. There are lockers for your valuables. The owner is very friendly and informative so its easy to ask him stuff you need to know during your stay.
Cons: There is only one shower cubicle for everyone to use. ‘Clean as you go’ is the policy everywhere, so goodluck to you if the guy in front of you is lazy. You have to change into house slippers that is provided to go to the sleeping area. Better bring your own slippers if you mind. If you are sensitive to sound while sleeping, you might wake up hearing drunk people from outside the street because there is a club beside the house.
