Pros: Very friendly welcoming, helped with any enquiries I asked about, also printed out passes for free access to attractions in the area, would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Pros: Everything was excellent, very comfy and clean, with great views, the breakfast was very good. The property is very quiet and the owner very nice. We hope we will come back .

Pros: This is a wonderful guesthouse. I stayed in the little apartment which made it a real home from home. Frau Schwaiger looked after me beautifully. The breakfast was wonderful and varied a little everyday. It is in a lovely place and just a 15m to the town centre. I did it easily with a very heavy case. Wi-Fi good. Selection of channels on the telly good. Great balcony. Everything you want really.

Pros: What can I say. A visit to Gästehaus Barbara Schwaiger is really more like coming home for a holiday. A quick phone call and Barbara was there to meet me at the bus station with a smile. (It is within walking distance if you don't have too much luggage but there was really too much snow to walk with my case!) I stay in the apartment and as always it was welcoming, cosy and spotlessly clean. The shower is amazing. The Kitchen has all the items you will need if you plan to self-cater. (There is a well stocked supermarket just 15 minutes walk away. Not to mention a great array of shops in the centre of Inzell.) Even if you are self-catering; treat yourself to the breakfast made by Barbara. Something different everyday including a sweet treat. This year the snow was unexpectedly plentiful. I was concerned that I would not be able to travel to the area because of the weather but Barbara was on hand to answer my queries and allay my fears. Once again I had a wonderful visit. I have already booked again for next year. Beautiful views from the property; nice walk into the town centre; easy to reach with public transport and you can always get a lift too and from the bus station to the property. Nothing is too much trouble for these wonderful hosts!

Pros: We travel in Germany 18 days and stayed 8 different hotels BUT this hotel was for sure the hotel in which we felt most welcome and comfortable. Great owners, they made us feel like home. Super decoration... Nice atmosphere in garden

Pros: Highly recommend this very nice modern take on Bavarian hospitality. The hotel has a fresh, stylish vibe but respects the traditions of the region. Marnix and Svetlana are very attentive and gracious hosts. The garden lounge is amazing!

The houses are not provided with climatisation. So we were very warm during the day and the night. But we would like to spend new holidays in this place with these persons. many thanks to them

Pros: Everything was great. The breakfasts were perfect (local food, fresh and many kinds of everything), the service was very kind!! It was really nice stay. There is also wellness, so you can use for ex. swimming pool (a did thta more than once and I had a clean pool just for myself!). There are enough parking lots and Inzell is nearby each interesting tourist destiantion you probably want to visit in this area. The city center with good restaurants is near by a nice walk in a park (you’re even going to get tips for the restaurants!). We had a small dog with us and it was no problem at all. Totally recommending this!!!

Pros: Everything at this hotel was excellent,the owner was very friendly and helpful, The food was excellent,nothing missing at the breakfast, they even had a Fridge if you bring things with that have to be cool. We will be back at this hotel.

Pros: the hosts were very kind to us and very nice. they helped us with everything we needed, and attended to every question and request. we came with 3 children, one of which was a baby. they were very patient and kind to us and the baby.

Pros: Superb apartment, well equipped, spotless clean, quiet and peaceful location. Host (mr.Reiter) very nice and helpful. Location of apartment excellent for making daily trips and with "Chiemgau card" everything was even more valuable. I would highly recommend this apartment to everyone.

Pros: Very good apartment for staying, clean, comfortable, equipped for cooking at home, if You have such wish. Nice and helpful owners. Good location for nearest destinations to Hintersee, Chiemsee, Koningsee, Ramsau, Salzburg, Ruhpolding. Near apartment is swimming pool, park. In Inzell also enough places for eating and beer :)

Cons: It would have been nice to get new towels and a quick cleaning since we were there for 6 nights.

Pros: Centrally located in Inzell close to restaurants, bath and shops. We were there in summertime and with free Chimgau-card for those staying in Inzell there were lots to do for free in the area. Host was very friendly and helpful. The appartment was high standard and well equipped.

Pros: Situated in a quiet area of Inzell. Spacious room, well equipped with beautiful view of the mountains. Good base to visit Bavaria and Salzburg.

Cons: It felt more like staying in a room in someone’s home. Because all the amenities, such as the iron, ironing board, toaster, microwave, were shared amongst all the other rooms. Even the clothes hanger! The kitchen sink was so small that you could almost touch each side with the fingers on one hand. The curtains were see through with transparent stripes. In the evening, with the lights on, everyone could see inside. So we had to take the blanket and cover the window. There were only 2 electrical plugs in the bed. It needed an extension cord with many sockets. Because she had the tv and lamp plugged in. And you had to choose which to unplug in order to charge a phone or even to plug in the clock. But I was really disappointed by 2 issues. The summary on Booking.com says this property offers German and English. But the owner refused to acknowledge English and then claimed to not understand me. Even when I used a translator. I made a request on booking.com to check in early and check out late. I got and email back saying the early check in was approved. But when I went there to check in, she turned me away and insisted that I check in at the regular time. Then WHY approve my request?! And she completely refused to acknowledge my check out request. I could probably write more but I’ll end here.

Pros: We rented an apartment. It was spacious and comfortable. The apartment is dated but is immaculate so it doesn't really matter. The location was ideal and it was quite quiet. The owner is very friendly and is very helpful. He was always inquiring if everything was good. I would stay again.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. In fact we were surprised to have been met so warmly. For the price we paid we did not expect to get traveller card that allowed us to visit many places in the region for free. The breakfast was also good. I am very grateful to the staff for keeping their service at high level and would defenitely stay at the place once again!

Cons: - the food of the restaurant (dinner) the hotel mentions that the food is homemade but that's not true (some dishes are NOT homemade like: fries, breaded camembert...) - Kitchen open until 21h00 only - the bed - it is not very comfortable / the bed sheet was very strange.

Pros: Great view and location. Spa and pool were good - bring your towel from the room. Food and staff were the best. Great place to base out of to visit Bad Reichenhall, Berchtesgaden, Chemsee, and Konigsee. Or just hike straight from the Guesthaus.

Pros: AMAZING - You have to stay here !!! Best hospitality ever. It was home away from home. The views are breathtaking, facilities are immaculate. The owners are absolutely wonderful people.

Pros: Beautiful location, nice traditional hotel in Bavaria. Rooms were spacious and very clean. There were several possibilities to sit other than just the bed which we appreciated a lot. There was a mini fridge, the terrace was nice to chill and see the snow covered mountains. Breakfast was good, nice choice and cute little room with nice decorations. The bathroom was bright and big enough.

Cons: When we arrived the staff member seemed stressed and went in and out the kitchen to register us. After a long trip we had and were tired this was a little annoying, all while a drunk person on the bar chatted us up. The staff in general could be friendlier, the lady at the breakfast also seemed to be annoyed and moody, no smile. There should be some light music in the breakfast room, otherwise its dead silent and you feel super uncomfortable to even move from your chair to the buffet. It was all a bit awkward and creepy. For a family run business I was expecting more heart, more life. The room was unfortunately really dark. Only a small window was really dark in the afternoon and we needed light. 4 Euros per day tax for a couple, we did not know that and cant remember it being mentioned on the booking.

Pros: nice hotel in Inzell nice restaurant nice location in the middle of Bavarian Alps close to Salzburg and one hour from Munich , direction Salzburg from hotel you will find some nice bavarian souvenir shops all made of wood.

Pros: Superb place for romantic weekend. View from the balcony on the mountains, good cuisine in the restaurant, quite place for relaxing. Parking available in front of the hotel. No shops, no public transport nearby. Accessible by car in the best way.
