4.2 Mediocre
Pros:We were staying for only 2 days between flying in from Thailand and home to Boston. The location is only 3.5 miles from LAX, which made it convenient.
Cons:Other than the location, everything could have been better. We booked on booking.com, and when we arrived at LAX, it was about 1115pm, so when we set the booking, we thought it was for that day. We were tired, so didn't notice that the booking was actually for the next day. The front desk agent said he could not move the booking, so we paid more for the room we got. We have a business, and it was obvious to us that in that situation, we would have honored the booking. By not honoring the booking, they lost any chance at future business from us because we saw the greed in what they did. They just saw us as an ATM machine, not as people. The guy was very robotic in the way he spoke to us. We pay attention to these things because we have a business. They did the same thing for the second day we stayed. Completely cold. Shortly after entering the room, we saw bugs. The mattress on the bed sagged in the middle and probably should have been changed 10 years ago. It was very loud in the hotel. The housekeeping staff would yell to each other, and people seemed to see how hard they could slam the doors instead of being respectful and closing them quietly, although this last item is not the fault of the hotel. I called the front desk the night before checking out to order a taxi for the morning, and instead of doing it, they told me to wait until the morning. To summarize, we never had the feeling of being valued, but felt like they just wanted to take our money and have us leave.

Pros:Nothing
Cons:No WiFi No Breakfast like it says. GHETTO
A
2.0 Poor
Pros:Did not like anything about this place
Cons:No WiFi, No Breakfast like how it says online. Also, it’s not in a good neighborhood. Sketchy people walking around the grounds. Ghetto, but I was told the whole area is Ghetto. Creepy at night. Not good for family with young kids.

5.1 Fair
Pros:pool and patio view, big rooms w patio, kitschy decor needs help, but has charm
Cons:gross breakfast of box cereal and packaged pastries, no dining area, very runn down rooms (dirty carpet, dirty bathroom and broken furniture)
A
2.8 Poor
Pros:The staff was nice and friendly. The parking area being gated was nice.
Cons:The hotel is dirty and run down. We didn't feel safe in the room. The chairs were so gross and covered in who knows what that my husband wouldn't sit in them. The bathroom area was covered in mold. There were not enough outlets to charge your devices and the outlets that were there were nowhere near a table. The pillows were as small as the pillows you receive on a flight. We actually went and bought normal pillows before we went to sleep. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

3.1 Poor
Pros:Where the majority of the people looked high on drugs, rooms are unkept and very basic. Roaches are seen on the sheets. Please stay away from this place.
A
8.0 Very Good
Pros:It has everything expected from a hotel that sometimes aren't present in other places - hot showers, comfortable bed, WiFi, breakfast, pool, TV, AC. The room wasn't dirty either, except for the shower smelling a bit funny. And it was cheap.
Cons:The WiFi had bad range and didn't really reach my room. The building was in poor condition - the walls were cracked and patched with plaster and there were blocked off sections. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it could have been but it wasn't terrible.
A
6.2 Okay
Pros:Cheap overnight stay near job site. Parking was underground and well lit, the room was spacious but the bed and furnishings were dated as was the bathroom, but it was cheap and less than 10 minutes by car from LAX.
Cons:Bathroom needs updating, building is in need of updating
A
3.7 Poor
Cons:they need better front desk
