Pros (+) The bathroom was updated and the shower tile was nice. TV, cable and internet all worked great.
Cons (-) Everything smelled like cigarette smoke and I had a hard time sleeping because of it. It is right next to a busy road so it can be loud. I had the AC fan on all night for white noise. Another renter was smoking pot at his room doorway but the smell travelled for everyone to smell. If my family was with me we wouldn't have stayed there. The mattress was not very comfortable. Pros (+) I just needed a place to stay for a night. The room was clean. There was a mini-fridge and microwave. Flat screen TV. Free parking.
Cons (-) The cleaners they used in my room were way too strong leaving a significant chemical smell and making my sinuses act up. Hopefully this was an exception. The towels are old, thin and worn out. Other than that, this hotel is fine and will serve the purpose if you're on a budget.

Pros (+) It was a place to stay for the night. The owner was kind enough to hold a room for us even though we were late and he didn't have to. They had a full house.
Cons (-) The roach that greater me when I walked in, the stained mattress. The fridge was leaking and being shooting all night long.

Cons (-) Limited parking spots, colorful neighborhood and some homeless people linger about.
