Nice swimming pool
Refrigerators in every room. And more comfortable pillows. N also ironing board was broke. Not being funny but the hotel has really went down over the years
The property had easy access to get on and off the interstate.
I used the Hilton app on my phone to choose a check in of 3pm and pick a room. When I arrived at the hotel my room was not ready. We let them know we would go to an early dinner and then come back. When we arrived back, I asked if our room was ready and the front desk attendant was defensive and said she told me that when the digital key turned green on my app, the room would be ready. I pulled up the app and showed her it was green. When we arrived to the room, room service was just getting to cleaning my room. We had to wait an additional 40 minutes for room to be cleaned. A different desk attendant apologized for the delay and said they would add 10,000 Honor Points to my loyalty program. I have yet to see the points be added.
I was asked to be located in a quiet area of the hotel and was pleased with the result.
It took 3 times to get the code right on my entry card. When I got to the room the TV was on as well as the lights. It was a bit unnerving.
