Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to local attractions like the Melody Tent and downtown Hyannis. Many also highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk and breakfast staff. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with repeated mentions of musty smells, mold, outdated interiors, and maintenance issues in rooms and bathrooms. Bed comfort and pool conditions were also criticized, with several guests finding beds uncomfortable and poolside furniture unclean. Overall, while the location and service were positives, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and facilities.

Very good
kel, May 2017
Pros (+) Courteous staff, Clean room (ready on time), clean lobby , new restaurant, decent breakfast buffet
Cons (-) No room service as it was off season, The up and down stairways getting to room was challenging, bu ti am sure that was out of any current owner's/managers fault.
