No remote in the room but they brought another that didn’t work then changed out the TV to match the remote. There was not hot water for the shower in the morning. The room seemed dirty. The location is good but the rooms are very old and dingy.
Place was Dirty, run down and sketchy. Doors didn’t work and was cheap for the money spent. Would never come again. Place should be shut down
After a 3 hour trip we got to the hotel to find out it had been closed by the board of health. No one contacted me, they said they had. The owner argued with me and told me how I was lucky they were willing to send me somewhere else, which was 30 minutes further from my original hotel. I will NEVER go back to that hotel even after the issues are fixed. Their customer service skills suck!!! Stay away, there's WAY better places in Hyannis!!!
Dated and Dirty
I didn't get the room I booked, so was over charged for a tiny room. Place is dated and dirty. Needs major renovation. I will not go back
Jacuzzi in room plus huge shower with multiple shower heads for two.
Booked room and stated included jacuzzi but when check in told not in room so had to upgrade & pay extra.
Room was filthy. You could see the grime built up on all the tables in room. All of the wallpaper in room and hallways is falling off. I've been coming here for over 20 years and they have never redecorated at all.
Got to visit family away from the family....
We loved that we were overwhelmed with the scent of bleach when we opened the three room door, to the point we even had to air out the room by opening the window. This might be a negative to some people but to us it means that we didn't have to clean the tub ourselves to be sure it was clean. Front desk person in the AM was very cheerful and efficient (can't say the same about when we checked in)
Luckily my husband and I could tell the difference between clean and things (such as the mirror in the bathroom and the plug in the tub) needing replacements or updates (but I'm sure it is tackled on the off season.
This place was pretty scary. The windows of the hotel look like they haven't been washed in years. There was water damage spots and paint chipping in the rooms. There was a giant jacuzzi tub which I didn't understand the purpose of. The bed/sheets seemed clean but the rooms in general were gross.
The floor was wet and the air conditioner was loud and smelled bad.
Room was horrible
Room was very outdated and smelled. Bathroom was disgusting. However it was a slight step up from the first room they tried giving us that smelled like mold.
The jacuzzi in our room didn't work when we got there took them 3 hours to fix it. The tv only got one channel and was very fuzzy but they said they couldn't do anything about that and then the last night we where there we got locked out our room for over an hr because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with the door turned out to be the batteries had died in the card reader and after another 45 min all the manager said was here are your new keys have a good night bye no apologies or anything
Spacious suite, relatively convenient location
The decor and building layout reminiscent of funeral homes, and the smell inside the room reinforced that feeling. Things appeared old and tacky.
The Brazilian grill next door
The room had an awful odor when we arrived, it was extremely hot. For the amount paid the rooms should be updated and there not.
I choose this hotel because of the price: $59/night. However, the total bill was $80/night because of an "energy surcharge" for the whirlpool bath in the room. The hotel claims that every room has a whirlpool, so it is not an "extra" and it is deceptive and unethical to inflate the room price in this way.
Good location for Main St. shopping and social life. Short drive to Cape Cod Meoldy Tent, beaches and harbor. Motel is aging but my room was clean. Good value for high season weekend.
had mights in iron board
The room was very beautiful and the breakfast was enjoyable.
the jacuzzi suite leaked all over the floor
The bed was very comfortable, the room was very big, the jacuzzi was amazing!
I didn't like the wall paper, and the whole theme of the room. The net curtains were old and worn also.
I loved my room the jaccuzi way great and breakfast was wonderful, next time i visit International Inn will be the hotel for me.
The location on Main street, Hyannis was perfect allowing us to walk everywhere.
The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment but no work seems to be going on. The very loud television sets showing constant football in the restaurant certainly put us off going there for dinner
In general value for money kind of hotel, on main street.
Had horribily stinking sheets. Will never stay there agian
My husband and I like the hot tubs. Myself I like the themes of the rooms they are cute.
My husband and I have been going there for many years and things have changed. We have stayed in many room and I don't think for what you pay for them is worth the money now there are many things wrong in the rooms some time the air conditioners don't work and were dirty inside, there were times the heat didn;t work not at any time did they offer to upgread.
