Location is amazing; steps away from the beach and shops. Staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet is worth it, especially with 2 for 1 deal
Building is showing its age. Bathroom sink is comically small.
It’s an okay hotel at a great location. Don’t expect ion luxury but it’s good.
Very convenient and value for money. Staff were very approachable and friendly. They accommodated my gluten intolerance when asked for gf bread.
The room we were in was prone to some elevator noise but staff warned us and offered to change room if it was too disturbing. Most times it was ok. Hotel generally quiet.
I enjoyed the short distance it was from the beach.
One of the employees storming into our room when we were getting ready.
Block from the beach
This is an older hotel, so shows its age in places, but rooms were comfortable and couldn't beat the location
Resort Fee or Amenity Fee
You should have the option to pay if you use it or not pay if your not using it (Resort or Amenity).
The hotel offers value for money, given its location a couple of minutes walk to the main beach. It is quiet at night. All staff were pleasant.
Nothing we didnt like, however we could see that the compact toilet/shower would not suit some people.
We booked this hotel after looking at the booking.com website and found that the hotel and it's staff were indeed excellent.
We only ate breakfast in the hotel and found that if you did not want the buffet basic menu items were expensive.
The location in Waikiki is about as good as you can find. I took a small group using 14 rooms. I would tell you more, but I am right now in the process tonight of organizing a few more tours and very busy.
No complaints at all.
Conveniently located 2 beachs, shops and restaurants. Overal good location.
Only that you should get what is advertised.
Everything really. This is the second time we have stayed at your hotel. The staff are lovely. Nothing is too much for anyone of them. The location is excellant and the price also is great.
Location to Waikiki Beach
close to main area of interest, friendlyness of staff
pool is poor, training of some staff
The view of the water, we were on he 18th floor. The staff were friendly and helpful too.
I didn't like the telephone ringing in the hall! It was just a minor annoyance though. Also didn't like the garbage being collected outiside at about 5 a.m. It woke me up all the time. I thought that was what the noise was anyway. Also the beeping of the backing up of buses and trucks outside.
Good location and comfortable place to relax.
Would of like a kettle for hot water and glass cups not plastic cups.
Within walking distance of DFS where one can get on tour trolleys for cheap traveling. Restaurant in the lobby area was good. The service of the all esp the bell man was excellent, he was very helpful.
There was no phone cards being sold at the reception or lobby area and nobody could direct me to the closest store. .
