This has been one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The hotel is clean, staff are friendly & helpful, and it’s walking distance to Waikiki Beach & lots of shopping. Highly recommend staying there, especially if its your first time going to Hawaii.
Staying in Waikiki is always noisy. There is street drama, traffic, and sirens - part of what makes it exciting. What I didn’t need was thin walls and neighbors with booming voices late into the night.
Pros:The bed and the view
Cons:Provide all listed amenities (robes and microwave were missing from our room). Fix the elevator (lines were long). Provide early check in when it is selected/requested on the app. Allow the digital key and provided room keys to work simultaneously.

Cons:They are in serious need of a renovation. The rooms We’re so small, out dated and such a disappointment. The only good thing about this hotel was the location.
Pros:The bed was excellent.
Cons:Some staff not so helpful or friendly.
Cons:There’s an ongoing strike. Starts at 6am and ends at 10pm. No peace or tranquility at all. Can’t sleep with the constant drumming. They try to drown out the picket line drumming with loud Hawaiian music. Riducolous. Sheets had sand.
Pros:Location was good.
Cons:Rooms were much smaller than I expected. We stayed in the renovated stayed and the bathrooms were nice but even with just 2 people the room was very crowded. The staff weren’t very inviting. It seemed that they have special treatment to the groups more than the other guests. We were never acknowledged at the restaurant at the hotel or any other staff for that matter. We pretty much had to ask for the attention. So we weren’t too happy with the experience.
Pros:Location
Cons:This hotel is a rundown crappy hotel. I’m surprised Sheraton allow them to put their name on it. The rooms are worse than any motel 6 motel. The only thing good I can say is the housekeepers did a good job.
Pros:The location was great and easy to get around.
Cons:Not a lot of food options for children at a reasonable price.
