Everything exceeded our expectations, the view on the 113th floor was breathtaking, and the staff and service were truly the best part of the stay. My mum spent her 60th birthday there and she felt extremely pampered-the Guest Relations Officer, TJ, was so thoughtful and even prepared a series of surprises for her the whole evening. We definitely recommend Ritz-Carlton if you want to treat your loved ones.

Clearly they have a problem with visitors from the mainland smoking in the rooms, particularly the bathrooms, the heavy furnishings hold onto these smells quite noticeably. This was apparent in the harbourview room and, when upgraded due to this issue, in the suite as well.
