Pros: 1. The room was big and comfortable with clean linens and towels. Water pressure was good. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day. 2. Wifi was available throughout the hotel without the need to re-log in each time you return. Signals were strong and stable too. 3. The lounge has a good live band. I was there every night of my stay but find the price of the cocktail a little high. They should have a special discount for guests. 4. All the staff members were courteous, helpful and friendly. 5. Transportation and tour desk at the lobby was efficient and arranged for house limo to drive me at 5 am to the airport without any hitch. 6. Gym, pool and spa facilities were good. They provided yoga mats at the gym too. 7. Breakfast at Saneha was up to my expectation. It would have been better if more dim sums are served.

Cons: 1. I arranged for wake-up call for the morning of departure, but no one called. I had set the alarm at the bedside as a safety precaution but it didn't ring at the set time. Fortunately, I also set the alarm on my OPPO smart phone and that never fails me, otherwise it would have been a horror story. Rule number one for hotel: Never fail to give wake-up call at the requested time.

Cons: The room bed was super hard and had body pain. The bathroom door knob couldn't lock, no proper signage to hang outside the room. I dont prefer housekeeping when im away yet seems no signage,it was done. The hotel is in construction and was noisy in day time,and it was not stated earlier to customer. Planned to order meal to room seems tired travelling in day 1 but need to go down and order as they dont understand English. The construction was near the hotel cafe and so dusty as dont feel comfortable to but buy food from there.

Cons: The hotel is abit rundown. We were placed on the 6th floor whereby the elevator only reached the 5th floor. Fortunately our bags were not too heavy and i consider us to be with abled bodies. But i cant imagine if its otherwise, may be tough to lug a heavy bag up 2 flights of stairs.

Cons: -the receptionist and tour guide provided incorrect information. the time of hatyai shuttle train js 2pm but they told us that it is 1pm. -there is no kettle in the room. we need to go to lobby to take hot water. it is very inconvenient. -the location of hotel is not good. we need to walk for a few minutes to lee garden area and there is no 7-11 nearby at all.

Cons: The booking.com told fully booked, when we reached the hotel, still got plenty of room. This is really a big joke. The hotel is cheating us at the early stage.

Cons: I booked 3 units of superior rooms on different Dates. But provided all different qualities of rooms, which didn't follow the photos shown in booking.com. Really sad and felt cheated. We checked in superior twin and superior deluxe rooms with 2 persons, but only provided one set of tooth brush. The both level 2 rooms are clean and tidy, but the 5th floor they offer cheaper and I booked earlier is very bad condition with carpet. Really very very upset with their services. Finally, I used my credit card to booked, paid all before I checked in, but they still requested me to paid THB1000 for each room and i really donno why can not use my credit card to guarantee only but still have to charge me THB1000 and return back to me in 14days, don't really understood what is they management style.

Cons: The TV not function...toilet bowl..water cannot flush..seem water stuck.. Hot water seem not function...I stay at room 908 on 08 Sep 2019.
