Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for accessing ski resorts, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and willingness to go above and beyond, including providing shuttle services and assisting with luggage. Cleanliness was another highlight, with many guests noting the rooms and facilities were well-maintained. Some guests appreciated the comfortable room sizes, though a few found them small for larger groups. The main area for improvement was breakfast, which several guests found disappointing or not as advertised. Overall, the positive experiences with location, service, and cleanliness stood out most.
