Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's onsen, traditional Japanese experience, and delicious food, especially dinner and breakfast. The location near bus stops and attractions was convenient for many, and the staff was generally described as friendly and helpful, though a few found them less accommodating. Amenities like private and public baths were highly appreciated. Some negative points included lack of curtains, small room sizes, and occasional communication issues, but overall, guests enjoyed a relaxing and authentic stay.
