Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel for its exceptional service, with many highlighting the staff's friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail. The rooms were frequently described as spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, often featuring private onsen baths that guests found relaxing and luxurious. Cleanliness was consistently noted as a strong point, with several reviews mentioning immaculate facilities. Meals, particularly breakfast and dinner, received high marks for quality and taste. While the location was sometimes mentioned as less convenient due to distance from city areas or public transport, most guests felt the overall experience more than compensated for this minor drawback.
