Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's location and hot springs, noting the convenience to local attractions and the enjoyable bathing facilities. However, opinions on service and cleanliness were mixed, with some guests experiencing issues with staff responsiveness and room or bath cleanliness. Breakfast and dinner options received criticism for lack of variety and quality. Overall, while the hot springs and location stood out as positives, improvements in food, cleanliness, and service consistency would enhance the guest experience.
