Pros:Front desk and all the staff was excellent. We asked for a first floor and quiet room and they attended our request properly and on time. Delicious breakfast.

Cons:The receptionist named Adriana was rude in any posssible way not only to me and my spouse but to serveral other guests as well. I can tell that she is not happy at her work. About the place, it is too run down and it need improvement in also the place is right next to the train truck and cargo trains go by offend during the day and night
Pros:All of the staff (except the front desk) were amazingly great. The guard, the maintenance worker, maid, and especially the young bartenders were super nice. They went above and beyond to give us information and educate us on local culture.
Cons:The reception personnel were so cold and unhelpful. The worst of all was learning that the facility is literally next to a train track. The train went by at 10 p.m., 12 pm., 2 a.m. and 4 a.m. It was so incredibly loud and the entire room rattled. There was no mention of this on the web ad so like a fool, I prepaid for 2 nights. And when we requested to be reimbursed for one night so we could go somewhere else, surprise surprise, the manager was not available to authorize the refund. The pool was filthy and unusable. The wifi was spotty.
