Guests say
Guests generally appreciate the convenient location of the hotel, which is mentioned positively in several reviews. However, the majority of feedback is negative, focusing on issues with cleanliness, including reports of bedbugs, dirty rooms, and unpleasant odors. Service is mixed, with some guests encountering unhelpful or unfriendly staff, while a few others note positive interactions.
