Great place wish the espresso bar opened before 8
Espresso bar opened to late anyone selling coffee should open before 8
Beautiful property. Clean and spacious rooms. Very nice fire pit. We loved Lauren who served us in the café! My husband LOVED that the TV speaker in the bathroom allowed him to hear the football game that he was watching.
Check-in was super quick and the male attendant had zero personality. THE NOISE WAS HORRIBLE! Seemed like a midnight party going on in the hallway just outside our room (1121) and I had to call security. Walls are paper thin so we heard all the comings and goings in the middle of the night and early morning - one rude guy in an NFL Jets Jersey was pacing the halls with loud music from his phone! I could literally have a conversation with someone in the hallway from inside my room. I decided to register a complaint at the front desk the next morning but the girl at counter was no help and her attitude was quite dismissive as she seemed to be looking right through me as I talked. Seems like she only wanted me to finish speaking and leave her alone. Her ONLY response was, “I‘ll see what can be done”. Housekeeping knocked on our door Sunday morning around 8:30am to tidy the room but, of course, we weren’t ready. We left at 9:30am and, since they were in the hallway cleaning another room, we told them we were leaving and asked them to go ahead and clean ours. Almost three hours later, we returned to an untouched room and was told that housekeeping had already left for the day. Disappointed, we simply asked for clean towels. As we were ready to jump back in bed for the rest of the day, a housekeeper knocked and offered to clean but we rejected (we were tired) and just asked for clean towels. Also, the hot water faucet at the bathroom sink was a joke - it was a mere thin trickle that NEVER got hot. Without a door, it gets cold inside the shower if you don’t stay under the rain head shower. Food at the café was subpar. We got the jumbo pretzel - it came with a COLD and WATERY cheese sauce, COLD whole grain mustard sauce, and COLD cinnamon cream sauce. Our chicken wings and fries were just okay and my strawberry margarita was waaaayyyy too sweet. The live music that was supposed to start at 7pm didn’t start until after 9pm.
The interior design was exceptional. Lobby and Rooms were beautifully appointed.
Signage to the Hotel entrance could be better marked.
Staff was friendly, restaurant staff was excellent! We have stayed here several times and our stays have always been excellent.
Very convenient of the freeway. Super value for the money. Quiet rooms even tough the hotel lobby and bar were busy and a wedding was also going on. Bed was very comfortable.
