The smell of smoke in a non smoking room
you ROBBED me
I liked nothing about the hotel. I didn't stay and tried to get my money back.
The hotel was sub-standard, unclean, and the visitor could smell mildew. You refused to refund my money, though I didn't use your suggested hotel, and l will be reporting this unethical practice to the BBB.
The staff were very polite and professional.
The carpet in the room wasn't vacuumed and looked horrible, the paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom, the heater wasn't very good, the mattress caused my back to hurt the next day, the toilet seat was broken in half
