Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city and access public transportation. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, with several guests highlighting exceptional service at the front desk and throughout the hotel. Cleanliness was also noted positively in many reviews. However, a recurring issue was noise, both from construction and insufficient soundproofing between rooms, which disturbed some guests' rest. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some finding it adequate and others considering it mediocre or lacking in variety. Overall, the positives of location, service, and cleanliness stood out most.AI-generated from customer reviews
