Pros: The hotel staff was very accommodating and professional. The hotel is beautiful and the room had an incredible view. Breakfast was also included and excellent! Would definitely stay here again. Very close to city center of Gramado.

Pros: The staff is professional and caring, facilities are great, beautiful garden and swimming pool area. The breakfast is the best part, with an amazing variety of choices, including a kids section. Everything fresh and made in the hotel.

Pros: I liked the professionalism and kindness of all staff. I liked the beauty of the hotel, the temperature inside when cold outside and the closeness of downtown.

Cons: It was very difficult to get into inside pool. Way too much kids for long hours in there. since I do not like kids the only free time for me it was around 8 PM, unfortunately at this time the pool was very dirty and not tidy. I also did not like the proximity of my room to the kids room. To the next time I will avoid to get room near that facility

Cons: The kids room is bad. You should Hope to have good weather if you are with kids,so you don’t have to use it. The breakfast is below average for the city of Gramado, I have been in many others hotel in the city.

Pros: The hotel is really good, the rooms are very clean and the staff is really efficient. Not mentioning the location which is in the city center, near to the best restaurants in town.

Cons: Otherwise, the breakfast left me a bit disappointed.

Pros: Prodigy is centrally located, making it a short drive or walk to virtually all touristic spots. The facilities are brand new and rooms are comfortably sized. Staff is beyond attentive and incredibly polite. Breakfast in the morning is wide and varied. Hotel room service was priced similarly to outside restaurants AND the quality was fantastic (perfect for rainy Gramado nights)

Pros: it's an okay room*, with an okay breakfast. *the only reason they can get away with charging 130USD per night is the high demand for December. other than that, there's no justification for this price. also, it's closer to Canela than to downtown gramado (where you can get by uber or over a 40-min walk).

Cons: if you're in the mood to be treated like a second-class citizen, go for it. as soon as I walked in they asked me my name and told me I shouldn't check-in there, in the main reception, but at another reception in a building in the back. hm, excuse me? there's two separate buildings. the main one seems nice. too bad I wasn't supposed to be there. So I went all the way to the back and found a sad excuse of a second reception. And then was placed in a room on the ground floor, which I've never seen before. seriously, get rid of this awful separation of receptions. this is absurd.

Pros: Very kind and gentle staff: especially Paulo Viana (reception), Francisco (restaurant, room service), Katherine (room maid), and the swimming-pool barman (Jackson). Nice views from the upper floors to the cliffs and valleys. Nice gardens. Close enough to good restaurants, attractions and city centre, but fortunately far from the crowds.

Cons: Very bad food and very long waiting time in the restaurant. Breakfast might be better prepared for such a high-qualified hotel.
