it was really nice and delicious everything. The problem was the place where it was served. It was freezing. No air conditioning or any other way of warming the place up.
I understand the climate those days was terrible. However, Gramado is well known for its cold weather in Winter. The hotel should have been prepared for the cold. The hallways, where similar to be walking outside. The swimming pool was not clean or warm, neither the Jacuzzi.

I would like to split the payment in five parts as advertised (common practie in Brazil). On booking.com this option haven´t shown during reservation so I paid the full amount on next credit card invoice.

The staff tried really hard to be helpful, with a couple of exceptions.
The place is falling appart, mold in the bathroom walls, the queen bed was actually two mattresses of different firmness seemed together, the TV worked poorly, the lobby tv’s DVD WAS BROKEN, the indoor pool was dirty, the hydro was broken, the sauna way too hot. The times for using the facilities like game room, pool, etc... were horrendous, why go to a place for the infrastructure and not be able to use agter 8pm???? Ridiculous..
