The communication with the rental agents was superb. Staff was so friendly I did not believe this is a car rental office.Cons:
The car was extremely advanced with steering assistant, car key sensor, etc. It was completely new so even staff was not aware of all the features. It would be helpful to explain customers at least some of them. On the other hand, driving was full of new experiences this way and discoveries.National

Returning the car after hours was very confusing. We didn't have a code for the garage and had to wait until someone else came along with the code. Also the self serve kiosk was behind a gate so we couldn't access it. The after hours phone number was no help either.10.0 Wonderful
