Pros: The worst experience in youth hotel, the receptor is good, help a lot. But in the room, the bed is too too small, even for Asian. Just two sockets in 4 beds room, It is not enough! My friends and I are not enjoying, not recommend! But thanks the receptor.

Pros:
Cons: Part of the staff is trying to extract an additional 0.5 pounds for each payment. Sometimes they try to connect to devices that use Wi-Fi hostel. You must use VPN Some guests are allowed to decide who is allowed to stay or not to stay in the hostel

Pros: Staff were lovely and helpful. Thanks Marlo and Josef!
Cons: Could improve check in time (latest is 10:30pm) otherwise you could get a late fee. I rushed to make it on time and caught a cab. I stayed on a Saturday and it was super loud and social outside of my room. Walls very thin so you can hear every movement. I was very unlucky with my roommates too, one girl was eating crisps loudly and had her light on until 2am. Another lady kept coming in and out of the room. Very difficult to sleep.

Cons: It’s very noisy with the traffic and trains as well as loud guests in the corridors. I didn’t mind but don’t go if you’re a light sleeper.

Pros: The rooms are clean and tidy, I can't complain about that.
Cons: The bathroom light in the shower is motion sensing, but it doesn't sense your motion in the shower. So the lights turn off on you about every 2 minutes and you have to get out in the dark and make motion. Not the safest. Also the shower drained poorly so it would overflow if I didn't shut off the water. I actually had to switch rooms when I first got there. The first room had mosquitoes, and smelled musty. The place was cheap, but maybe too cheap.

6.8 Good
Pros: the beds were comfy enough, checking in and out was very quick, there's a bar conveniently on the first floor, and pretty close to city center and the train stations
Cons: the sinks were separate from the toilets, and situated so that if you turned the light on it would wake everyone up, breakfast was expensive and very limited, didn't have soy milk

Pros: The rooms are big and modern.
Cons: The ladder on bed
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location of the the hostel and the staff although friendly.
Cons: The staff were friendly and helpful but bed was uncomfortable not the best place for a disabled visitor they have a ramp and lifts to all floors but rooms not suitable for wheel chair

Pros: Good rooms. Some nice staff. Beautiful and friendly girls cleaning.
Cons: Bad energy, disgusting kitchen, thieves, junkies, depressive ambient, problematic guests. A Rude guy at the reception that fortunately appears just during week ends. Rest of the staff nice but incompetent. Stingy owners, you ll have to pay for anything. If you put your food in the fridge it will always disappear. For long term is a nightmare. Just for one night

Pros: Cheap, clean bedding, bathroom looked in a good state of repair. The guy on the desk on arrival was lovely and friendly. Really helpful.
Cons: Cupboard under the bed full of someone else’s belongings, shoes, food, pyjamas etc, one other female in the room had her stuff everywhere I am assume she is there long term. She was speaking to someone on her phone late into the night and then snored for the rest. Power socket in bunk did not work, guy in morning didn’t even apologise when he was told. Guy outside dealing drugs who was staying at the hostel made it feel very unsafe. Didn’t see the rest of the hostel as was just a cheap place to lay my head for the night. Would not do it again. Did not like the idea of leaving ID behind the desk in exchange for a physical key for the room either. Not safe at all. I know it is cheap but that’s because you are sharing etc, the bed spaces should at the least be clean.

Pros:
Cons: I've been scammed! it is definitely one of the worst places I have visited, the only point in favour: the price. Bad service from the front desk where there are incompetent people, to the dirty and smelly kitchen until you get to the beds where it was a difficult task to change the sheets. But hold on tight, the best is yet to come. On Saturday, November 23 at 01.00 the reception guy, drunk and drugged as usual, comes to me and tells me that I owe him 68 pound otherwise he would kick me out. I tell them it was impossible that I owed this money to them because I had paid for another week, as it turned out from my statement. Anyway I was kicked out in the middle of the night in the rain and wind with all my luggage, despite having paid for the whole stay. The problem stemmed from that in the reception, despite being in 2019, he didn't have the pos and so when I had to pay, the receptionist called another receptionist of a hotel with the same property and communicating my card details, including the code of security printed behind the Carta, that is private (Italian bank). With this lack they struggled to see the operations, and the receptionist's obvious state of intoxication did not help.
