Pros: The room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped, and the staff were pleasant. Although the hotel is in a quiet location, it's only a five minute walk into the centre of town. I will probably stay here again on my next trip to Penang.

Pros: Small and basic rooms but clean. It was good enough for us as we were out all day and only slept in the room. No problems with the WiFi,it all worked well. Walking distance to all sights in Georgetown.
