Pros (+) Liked that it had a microwave & refrigerator, and was clean.
Cons (-) A bit on the old side, nothing broken just older.

Pros (+) relatively clean bug free refer & AC quiet good part of city good mattress
Cons (-) thin walls OLD facility showing it's age--door lock not wanting to function, room next door had the doorstep coming off coulf use maint on sink top/shower area

Pros (+) Great location, 3 miles from where i needed to be. It wasn't bad for an older motel.
Cons (-) Had cable tv but was a very snowy looking picture.
