Very close to the train and bus station. The staff was helpful. Quiet neighbourhood.
The pillows weren't that comfortable. The shower facilities were on the first floor and we got rooms on the 2nd floor. No ironing items.

Location is perfect, just 1.5 blocks away from Kawaguchiko station where you can conveniently get on trains and buses. Convenient stores are within 5-7 minutes walking distance as well! Staff is very helpful, they explained how to go around and even told me where to find the cheapest grocery! Bike rental is available and in reasonable pricing.

Good location! My room 203 can see the Mt. Fuji in the evening and morning. it's a very nice view. The staff is so kind. The guesthouse is clean and convenient. Highly recommendation!
They should lock the door all the time instead of 9.00 pm because when the staff leaves it's easy for an outsider to come inside the guesthouse. Should be safer.

Great location with 3 mins walk from the station Shared bathroom and toilet are very clean, new and well equipped. Comfortable room with tatami Can even see Mt fuji from the room window

Very convenient location, staff are helpful and nice.
I hope there could be shower room(s) on 2nd floor. It could be noisy if people live in your next room are noisy......
