Pros: Hotel room was excellent, clean and bed were comfortable. We were a little disappointed with breakfast over our 3 day stay.
Cons: Breakfasts were not very organised. This was not down to staff, as on all days the member of staff was overstretched. They could not cope with many guests all turning up within 30 minutes. Cutlery missing, tea bags, orange juice not filled up.

Cons: The sound of constant water, it was apparently the jacuzzi, but it’s wasn’t as it was all closed to refurb. Later transpires is was a water pipe leak. Offfered to move bit it was the whole area affected. Heating didn’t work in lounge, no heating in the bedroom. One duvet and 2 “dog blankets “ in the room. Work man drilling all day. I understand it was out of season, but don’t place people in accommodation where you know scheduled work is to be carried out.

Cons: Got a really creepy room at first, right next to the highway- a lot of noise and room smelled like cigarettes. So went back to reception, got an upgrade. But the whole thing took like 1h because the resort is big so I missed the sunset, was pretty upset. The kitchen in the new apartment was poorly stocked, not much ustensils for cooking etc Last morning of my stay had to leave really early- I wake up with no electricity in the apartment, had to call them and they explained how to restart the electric box. They could do better.

Cons: I begrudge having to pay for a fridge when you are paying a lot of money for a four star hotel and finding it locked. This should be free ! Other hotels on the front don’t charge for the use of fridges and some provide complimentary water. Won’t stay here again

Cons: Hotel facilities are now very dated, especially the hotel rooms which need an upgrade. Beds & pillows are not very comfortable at all. Definitely no where near the standard of a 4 star. Also there is no fridge in the room and the heating temperature of the room could not be changed. The noise in the rooms was also very bad...both from next door rooms but also outside.

Cons: Very little was bad here. The pool is small but you’re opposite the beach. Breakfast was expensive at €14 but was delicious and in a lovely restaurant. The was a TV but no English Channel or subtitles so it’s pointless if you don’t speak spanish but hey you are in SPAIN!

Got an unexpected surprise when the management left cakes and a note for my mother who had her birthday during our stay - we hadn't told anyone, but the cleaner must have seen the birthday cards and let other staff know. Cons: I was really disappointed that the roof pool & sky bad were closed for refurbishment & although this was mentioned in the final details email - it was not made clear at all on the initial booking . I understand that refurbishments & repairs need to be undertaken at the least busy time of year - but would have appreciated to have been allowed to at least view the pool area for future bookings - a request which was declined due to ‘ health & safety ‘ . I noted ,on a few occasions ,that there was only one member of staff on reception & quite a few guests having to queue - perhaps especially at busy ‘ arriving & leaving times ‘ another member of staff could be available .

For example, the toaster or kettle flex can easily burn if plugged in on the worktop. There is not enough space, other than the floor, on which to operate electric appliances. A possible solution might be to position the microwave cooker and toaster on a shelf at eye level. Thus, the dining table would be freed up in a more efficient way.

Pros: Great little hotel ideally situated on the sea front and close to all amenities, bars , restaurants , bus and train station . Warm and cozy room with comfortable beds . Have stayed here before and would do so again .

Pros: Great location, you can spot the hotel from anywhere on the promenade because of turret on roof. Nice breakfast, made up the room every day if required. All rooms had balcony and most a full/partial sea veiw. Excellent value for money
Cons: Room small, a few cracked tiles/ parts of furniture could be replaced. Can hear everything in room. People coming out of lifts, people walking around in next room, bathroom water/ flushing every noise seemed to be echoed. However for the price per night you cannot have to much to gripe about.

Pros: When we arrived there were 4 beds in the room so tightly packed together you couldn’t even pull the bedding down, and I had to crawl on my hands and knees to get on it! However, I forgave this as within minutes of telling reception two friendly staff happily removed two and rearranged the room. The staff without exception were polite and friendly, and helpful. Breakfast excellent. So much choice. Rooms very clean, beds comfy.

Cons: Paid WiFi via a ticket - Big nuisance, most other hotels/bars have free WiFi. One side of the hotel is close to very lively bars, it can get a bit noisy at night - Not a problem in low season.

Cons: Very poor facilities in the room,no glasses or cups to make coffe or tea, no kettle supplied, fridge has no bar, so have to go out and buy everything.

No free wi fi. They want to charge for everything - would charge for air you breath if they could.
Breakfast was fine but annoyed with number of people smoking - should no smoking in restaurant areas.

Cons: Very tired hotel - absolutely no facilities to speak of apart from a bar. Nothing in hotel room - you have to remember to take EVERYTHING - a dodgy soap dispenser that wouldn't look out of place in a backroom bar toilet not a 4 star hotel. It is not 4 star, probably more like 2. Also so much noise from the surrounding bars.
